- Taking y'all through a full week of my marathon training schedule as we near less than a month out from THE CHICAGO MARATHON!!!
Monday - Medium Long Run (8 miles)
Tuesday - Upper Body Lift
Wednesday - Speed Workout (7 miles) + Lower Body Lift
Thursday - 3 mile Recovery Run + Full Body/Mobility
Friday - Rest Day but had Zilker Relays
Saturday - 20 mile Long Run with Pace Work
Sunday - 5 mile Recovery Run

hey! question, when you do a long run and you know it's hot, how come you don't do it at equinox on the treadmill?
I have a treadmill at home too, I just prefer outdoor runs! Sometimes I’ll do it on the treadmill but it just kinda depends on what I’m in the mood for that day :)
