  • Scrapped Video from last year, Thought about flipping this place but in reality it needs a total gutting and it would cost more to fix than it's worth and that is why nobody else has bought it. Fixed this could sell for $350,000 at least in perfect condition just the area, I said 200k in the video. The mouse may have been to a bait station. This place will only be bought by someone who want's to live there themself but still cool explore, thanks to the owner letting us view. It's possible the building never had a furnace but separate electric heating in each room which is totally stupid. Probably cost less to install but up north electric heating is super expensive and Nobody Does it. Oil up here is most efficient. This must have been some rich person's summer house and just used it to get the chill out on cold summer mornings. More videos coming soon.

Even though its an A frame house with the big steep roof. In the Right conditions Snow can still pile up on its roof pretty tall.

Looks beautiful there, such a shame a wonderful house never got updated or even taken care of, the winters must be brutal on those type of houses

Growing up in Maine, I saw some A frame houses, and I always had this rapt belief that they were the coolest houses. There was a Chinese restaurant we used to go to and I was obsessed with it because it had an A frame entrance.

Did you check to see if their drains were unclogged and free of debris?

That cheap wood paneling and kitchen are 70's. While people still had that kind of paneling in the 80's, nobody was putting it in anymore

Doesn’t look like a good candidate for flipping. Probably cost more than you could get for it. As a long-term investment (buy it, fix it up & pass it on to one’s kids) it has potential.

I'm really enjoying these videos. I started off watching drain clearing ones. Then I watched a time capsule one. Now watching the building explores. Your knowledge and content are great. Just so you know, someone from Wigan, over in the UK is enjoying what you do.

Coming from England these style of houses always fascinate me. I think it’s beautiful looking and love the open spaces. Decking is hardly something you see in the UK along with basements another thing you hardly see much of. Great video.

Definitely worth saving that place . Nice big garage for working on projects and room for another vehicle .

There is no furnace in a house that has electric baseboards.
