Can't wait to see your tardis, I asked during Tonic's livestream what color was Dr. Who blue, but no one answered. The door on the tardis is slightly different, been trying to figure out how to do it. I like this kit for the donut die you mentioned and the glue tabs and it can make a masculine make since it isn't all curvy and ornate. Sometimes just what you're looking for. You can also tint the white glacier paste, I like using the soft watercolor crayons like gel sticks, Tim Holtz' or Vicki Boutin's because they're really pigmented. Pigment powders work really well too.
Oh! I need to try your tip of tinting using gel sticks. I have gelatos. That might be great because I've used watercolor inks and it can loosen the paste too much. For the mousses it's ok because those are so thick and some of mine are dried a bit. 😬 I'm trying to find time to work on the TARDIS this weekend. I guess you'll know if I'm successful if you see a video sometime next week. 🤣
@@LVHandcrafted I've got a trick for your mousses that are dried too - put a drop or two of glycerin in distilled water, ( I keep mine in a Nuvo mister that came with a recent kit - fine spray), and spray the mousse with that. Distilled water alone is fine, but a tiny bit of glycerin in it seems to work better. Have fun with that Tardis! 😀
