2017 was the best and worst year of my life. I was addicted to morphine that was prescribed to me by my doctor due to my rheumatoid arthritis and gout. I lost a really good friend when Harvey hit and was going through intense pain and sorrow while I grieved for my friend and withdrawals from not being able to get my prescription due to the whole city being flooded. But then this happened and boost mine and the whole damn city's spirits and helped us forget for a moment about our own struggle and turmoil. The city was absolutely electric and united for the first time that I can remember. Here we are, a year and 8 months later and we're still rebuilding our city. I am celebrating a year from kicking the Morphine to the curb and I feel great because I'm not a slave to pills anymore.

Time to let this all out. I’m an Astros fan that is about to state my own opinion. Y’all need to understand before you read this comment that I’m not denying that we cheated. Most Astros fans aren’t either. We all have admitted it and gotten over it. Some fans haven’t and it kinda makes me mad because it makes the team look bad. Anyway, let’s get straight to my point.
What every Astros fan is trying to say is that every team (or most) cheats using technology. It’s so obvious. Even Logan Morrison tweeted it. He said he caught the Astros, Yankees, Dodgers, Mariners, and White Sox cheating using technology. Take a look at the video that started this whole scandal. It was uploaded by Jomboy. It was Evan Gattis facing Danny Farquhar. You can clearly hear the loud bangs. Farquhar figures it out mid at-bat and decides to call time and bring his catcher up to talk and switch up the signs. Why didn’t he report it to the umpire and say something. Why didn’t the White Sox inform MLB about it? Why did every single MLB player that claimed that they “knew about it all along” never come out and say anything? My opinionated answer would be that they are doing the same thing, but donthat’t wanna be caught. Here are all the teams have been caught this decade. Giants- 2010, Padres/Cardinals- 2015, Yankees- 2016/2017, Astros- 2017 and partially 2018, and Red Sox in 2017 and 2018. MLB even said they are investigating more teams based on accusations. They caught the Giants last month cheating in 2010 but didn’t punish them since it was 10 years ago. They ppunished the Cards and Red Sox. Never punished the Yankees at all. Girardi even admitted that the Yanks cheated in 2016 and 2017 but Manfred won’t do anything because the Yanks is his favorite team. So I feel like that’s unfair.
Next, I want to talk about the punishment. People are saying that it’s so stupid that we deserve to be hit. Us Astros fans think it was a good punishment. We lost the best manager and general manager in the league. That’s gonna lead us to losing a lot in the future. Speaking of losing in the future, we lost 1st and 2nd round draft picks for 2 years which would make us garbage. That’s my opinion.
Now I want to talk about the Markakis/hitting players situation. I understand that all of y’all are mad about the punishment. Because of our punishment, y’all think we should be hit and injured because of cheating. Now I think that’s stupid and immature especially when it was the commissioner who punished us, not the Astros. Also, you should never consider violence just because someone cheated in a game. Markakis said every player deserves a beating and I think that’s so wrong.
To all those people verbally and physically harassing us Astros fans, get over it! This is just a game and the Astros did it, yet you take it out on the fans. Can everybody please stop this madness? Us Astros fans are going through h*** right now when we shouldn’t be.
Lastly, I want to talk about Mike Fiers and Cody Bellinger. Y’all have to stop praising Mike Fiers JUST BECAUSE he came out with it. He was on the team too. Most people say even if you were a pitcher, you were still on the team so you still cheated too, yet you praise Fiers. Don’t even talk to me about that pedophile. If you’re wondering why I said pedophile, you probably didn’t see the Instagram blow up. This 16 year old girl posted on Facebook pictures and videos of Fiers holding her hand and rubbing her thigh. About Bellinger, I think he should keep his mouth closed. He said they cost him the World Series, yet he batted .173 or something. He’s talking crap about our players, yet he’s welcoming and praising Mookie Betts who also cheated his way to an MVP and cheated Cody and the Dodgers out of the WS. It’s hypocrisy at its finest.
Well, that’s my statement as an Astros fan. Personally, I think we earned that championship because every team cheats. Also, congrats to the Nats who beat us fair and square!

Thank you Clips for Highlighting what all Haters are Denying.
That most Teams Cheat. Some Better than others and others who have Perfected it throughout their Careers. Like the Biggest Cities with Tons of Money to Buy the Best Talent.
Aside from that, it isn't the Cheating that Wins the Games, it's the Players who work hard and practice to perfect their Game and Ability to Step Up when it counts the most in every Game.
To Support the Team and Teammates when they struggle or in Good Times.
Haters will be Haters No matter what. Until they figure out how to buy the Umpire without getting caught.
For example the New England Cheating Patriots. They have been cheating for Years and all they got was a Fine and a Draft pick. But they didn't LOSE the Biggest Cheater of all Coach Belishit..... or
      Cry Baby Tom.
      I'm just saying.
Thanks again and be Safe. Adios.
By the way. You should Post your Opinion on Facebook for the World to see.🇺🇸
