I've done a lot of iron work for Ring's End lumber supplies building the big sheds an canolever racks, not very high up maybe 3 stories but those rack arms weight is nasty need a lule to lift them off the ground an hang while you wak em in

I can understand not attaching any safety lines at this height. On a 3 story tower I was doing high angle rescue training on. I had my safety line secured to the tower and took off walking and I literally fell because my safety device got snagged. It just ripped me right off. They had to get a tower ladder and come get me. Sometimes safety equipment can cause accidents it’s self. The subconscious mind forgets you are tied on a damn dog leash. I completely understand why dogs that are tied up on a 25’ leash they will see a cat and take off running full speed all to bust ass when they run out of leash.
