I am Structural Engineer But kudos to the erection and fabrication team for such outstanding work otherwise our designs are still going to be in hard/soft copy of drawings (Sry if my english is bad)
The weight and the force of that beam when moving, would one wrong move and you punch a finger, you lose that finger? Is that common thing among iron workers, missing fingers?

I worked what and iron worker in maintenance he worked for TVA and century steel and worked on a nuclear plan in the 70s and 80s. I won’t never forget the time they were putting up a silo, and he was helping the iron workers they was on top and when they got done the bosses were out back and looking and the men started to come down he was coming down first and it looked like he walked off the back side of the silo and the bosses started freaking out and ran around back of the silo and he had put his foot in the crane eye and was coming down with the crane.
