I know this will likely be disappointing to the people who’ve read this comment hoping for results because I never really followed through with the plan to begin with. Not necessarily because something went wrong or it just don’t work out but because there wasn’t a plan to begin with. I posted this comment when I was 16 years old and was still living off of my parents money, had no real friends to speak of, didn’t know how to drive and had originally posted this comment seeking attention but half expecting it for it to fade and drown in the sea of other comments. Coming back to this video as a 20 year old on a whim and finding this comment, I was surprised with how much attention it had gotten and ashamed in myself for getting so many peoples hopes up for something that never was going to come. I was somewhat considering lying about the event through comment to at least give the 4 year wait some sort of closure but then people wanted me to post video evidence on my channel and it was very unlikely that was going to happen. I then was considering deleting the comment altogether, but I didn’t want to leave you guys wondering and it didn’t feel fair to just try and erase a mistake I’ve made and pretend like I didn’t just build up the hopes of several rvb fans for what would be a funny and epic prank/shitpost for you guys to enjoy only for it to never come. On Zanzibar, playing CTF matches, me and my friends would get in the warthog and charge the base while playing this song. It's the dumbest, most irresponsibly stupid strategy in any game but somehow for us it always fucking worked. I think this song was the good luck charm. Either way, it was fucking hysterical when somebody on the other team (because back in Halo 2 you and the enemy team could hear each other talk) would ask, "... What the fuck is that music?" and then have a Warthog come crashing through the main gate in the flag room.
Beautiful! Almost as funny as the story of my cousin and his friend winning a team deathmatch because they were trying to shoot each other on the same team (there was no friendly fire, and they KNEW THAT!).
I wasn't there when it happened. and there was no need. As I said, friendly fire was OFF, meaning they couldn't kill each other. They KNEW this and were just shooting at each other for the fun of it. The end result of them doing so was that they got the most enemy kills of the entire team.
