TRAINING SCOPE
Pakistan is 4th largest milk-producing country in the world, but our dairy industry is not in good shape as in other parts. On the other hand, earning profit from dairying is the foremost important agenda for the farmers. Management is the art of making timely decisions with precision. This is the most important part of dairy operations as they are time-bound and have a lasting impact on production efficiency. The production can be increased manifolds with the wise feeding, precision reproduction management, application of knowledge of livestock welfare and careful deployment of human resources. The feed cost is 70% of livestock Framing and awareness of stake holders through workshops on feed formulation is a prime effort to cater to the challenges being faced by the farmers. This workshop will build a strong linkage between academia, small farmers, and industry addressing key issues to be solved.
