    Thank you so much. The liver exercises you have posted are really helping me calm down. I have some severe inflamed painful skin issues that I believe are connected to my liver so I'm hoping this helps me find some relief. Let me know if you know any other exercises that may help. Thank you.

    Excellent thank you. Very helpful. In my nutritional balancing program we are supposed to rub our feet every day. Could you do a video on energy work and feet?

    Hi Prune. You said in this video that we might not feel the soreness at the liver3 point, because it might be asleep. Doe it later become painful/sore on repeated massaging. And what does that indicate. Moreover when I massage it, it feels itchy.
