    Thank you for posting this video Nick. Lovely balancing practice for grounding into the legs and feet & nurturing the heart. Just what I needed when I woke up this morning feeling weary, sad, fearful & frustrated. 🙏🏻

    Thank you, Nick, for another great backdrop which helped with the "crane soaring" visualization. I was concerned about my balance but I surprized myself!

    Surprised could do this perfectly probably because have been doing other stuff of yours for sometime - I have painful feet and ankles and a false knee - so need to exercise to get the blood flow going! Super Crane Nick!

    For some reason I only found this today. Apparently today was the day I Really needed it. I will be coming back to this one very often. A truly serene and peaceful session.     Lovely calming start to the day. I have ordered one of your DVD's, so excited to learn that this scenery and routine is part of it...Fun to see the snowmobile (I think?) cruise past in the very end....Thank you for your wonderful teaching as always:)

    I like this exercise, Nick. Nice balance between snow and sea. I'm at the sea right now in "Mendonesia" as some locals call it. Always enjoy your flow work - relaxing and balance promoting!
