Pretty cool figure but with an odd choice to paint it in darker colors rather than the silver tone seen on the film and other figures based on the "Sonar Suit". I hope the other suits for Kilmer and Clooney as well as the 1992 Batman Returns Batman suit are included on the next line of figures.
What’s weird is the regular suit is basically just the Clooney suit with the symbol painted. I guess they didn’t wanna re release the Clooney suit a third time.

In my opinion this figure of sonar suit batman is good, the paint job for the suit and the hands could've been better. Besides the sonar suit batman figure in the 6 pack is a lot better. Yes it would've been perfect if McFarlane could've release val kilmer Batman in his regular suit instead, maybe with chase meridian including a light up bat signal and a diorama piece.
Good Batman figure, but disappointed with the darker colour used on the cowl, etc. I expected him to look like the 6-pack version (which I don't have). Really tempted to try and repaint him the proper colours. He also would have been better with a wired cape like Robin has. Great review!
I'll bet this will be a good figure. I've lost so much faith in Hasbro's ability to make good Marvel Legends. Their GI Joe figures are almost always done extremely well. Star Wars Black Series have been 50/50, hit or miss. Their prices skyrocketed upwards and their quality plummeted downwards. McFarlane on the other hand has raised their prices a bit, but not a massive jump like Hasbro's prices have jumped to. Plus McFarlane usually adds quite a few accessories with their figures. The GI Joe figures are a perfect example of this. I do miss the Marvel 3¾" Comic book series action figures that they made. Now I've collected both scales/sizes, but while the 6" figures give you a LOT MORE details, and a lot more posability, but the 3¾" figures give you a lot more room to store and/or display. Plus the 3¾" figures make it possible for you to acquire vehicles, motorcycles, cars, ships, speeders, and playsets. The 6" have had some really really remarkable ships(Tie Fighter), speeder(Luke Skywalker's Land Speeder, easily a 10/10!). It's just that the size makes it extremely difficult to display all of them. Some of these companies still make the 3¾" lines. Some are only 5 Points of Articulation, while the Star Wars lines have some figure lines with only 5POA, and others have a lot more Articulation. I kinda wish I would have stuck with those, but when Hasbro announced that they were ceasing production on the 3¾" Black Series for good, I decided to stick with the 6" figures. Except now I have a huge box of 3¾" DC Universe figures, Marvel 3¾", and another 2 boxes of 3¾" Star Wars figures.
The actual Sonar Suit is actually a uniform dark gunmetal grey not blue. It looks blue in the scenes in the Riddler’s lair because of the blue gels on the studio lights reflecting a bluish hue.
While the Nicole Kidman character would have been great...Instead of the Knightmare Bat I´d release as BAF the two female goons that followed Two-Face. I have a question, why people (to this day) claim that the nipples in the suits happened in Batman & Robin when they were on the Batman Forever ones already? PS To me, even though this movie went too far away from the previous two movies, it is still enjoyable. The last one to like...with the exception of one character.
Philadelphia don't sale action figures so we will never get any of those we don't have toys r us here just a bootleg one in Macy's and they don't have figures like that and our target and Walmart doesn't Carrie adult collectors action figures just kid stuff and transformers figures that nobody wants ninja turtles he man star wars all the marvel legends movie figures Mario and Sonic and all the Dc multiverse figures that no one wants along with wrestling figures and targets and Walmarts are so behind we have figures from 3 years ago
Just missing Robin from this wave. I now have all the movie Batman actors. This one was really well done.
Val played Batman good

The nightmarish bat is a key aspect of the director's version of the film. More and more people know about it, so it was made for them.
Hello Spot! Love that Version of Batman Figure too! I thought Val Kilmer Portrayed Batman in the 90s Pretty well too. Great Content as always! 🦇🦇🦇👍👍

Would have been cool if the Nightmare bat had been in Batman Forever kind of makes me think of Man-Bat

I'm really on the fence about this guy. I'm personally leaning towards batman reborn as my next pick up but I like this guy alot too
They should of made this the panther suit and have the baf as the sonar suit with the sonar eyes

the figure's suit has more blue in the colour than it should had had
