    Hello Wazzup mga ka orange mga ka ponkan, just want to share po sa inyo, kung ano2x ung mga sintomas na ma eecounter natin once na mayron taung Sunod na stator at ano2x ung dahilan bakit nasusunog ang stator, at papa ano pa natin ma iiwasan ang pagka sunog ng stator... Ituturo ko din sa inyo dito sa video kung papaano natin malalaman kahit na d pa natin bubukasan ung stator side if sunod na ba or hindi..     Mine when i start the bike cold (duke200) going in 8-9 seconds to 14.1 v but after bike going in oparating temperature it starting to drop slowly (lower than 13 volts ). But when i rev it even 100 rpm it climbs instantly 14.1. THIS TEST IS WHILE ON IDLE!. When i ride my bike the reading is 14.1 all time.
    So to sum it
    My bike hot and in idle does not produce much volts. I can notice that on my front light also. While stopped i see the reflection on the wall becoming 5% brighter when i rev it.
    But while riding is always 14.1 volts steady.
    So what you think?do i have a problem or no?

    The most informative video yet on KTM issues. My Speedo reading kept going to 0 while the bike was moving. Suspected it is electrical problem but don't know how to troubleshoot it. Armed with the knowledge from this video, I can now determine if it is stator coil damage without even opening it up. Thank you for including English captions. 👍🏼😄

    Hello Sir, thanks for your videos. Strong from this knowledge i tried to repair my duke 390 of 2013. Actually, i changed stator and regulator with a duke125 stator and duke 125 regulator. First i think im gone reopen to make a proper stator gasket because of leaks. Second i still have no charge and speedo troubles. Odometer crazy too made me take 4000km in place of 400km. Im going to try delete ECU codes. And check again stator. Battery is keeping 12.6v after charge even after 2 days no use. I feel tired

      Para sa akin ser para ma solusyonan ung issue ng Stator, need natin na e varnish ulit ung ating mga stator gawa nga ng sobrang nipis nag pag kaka-coat ng mga windings, kahit init ng oil lang na tutunawin yong mga varnish na coating...

    Sir good pm.. ask lg po ako.. nag replace na kami stator kaso bad start padin tapos inaccurate ugn speedo (nag zezero minsan).
    Na pansin ko nung ntry namin icharge ung batter hanggang 80% lang.. ano po kaya issue nto?

    Sir kailangan or advisable din po ba na mag palit ng rectifier pag nag palit po ng burned out stator?.anu din po sign ng sira na rectifier? kaya pla yung duke ko always lowbat maski bagong palit batery ko at nawawala and unstable reading ng speedo ko nagzezero minsan di nagreread.     Hey man, I have similar issue with duke 125. It runs perfect for around 10 minutes and then dies. It doesn't have spark for another 5-10 minutes, and then starts normally again and runs for some minutes. I changed spark plug and ignition coil. Battery shows charging above 14V and it's constant, stator measured on three lines shows around 28.6-28.9V. I cannot figure out what's wrong with the bike. Swapping the ECU doesn't help either.

    Boss normal ba n umiinit ang rectifier. Pinalitan ko yung stator(NS200) pero hindi yung rectifier ng rc200 ko?

    Thanks for the informative video. I have a 2014 Duke 390 and the battery is draining. I have already replaced the rectifier and battery but still have the same problem. Also, the speedo is sometimes showing 0 and sometimes it works. Do you think the stator is the problem? Does the duke 390 all use the same model of stator?

      Good Day, Try to off the HEADLIGHT while running, then check if the speed shows correct. Then if the speed goes back to normal after cutting off the HEADLIGHT, it means you have a bad charging, Try to check now the stator.. Then you can also check the RESITANCE and AC VOLTAGE OUTPUT of Stator.. Good Luck..

    Very informative boss!! Salamat slamat sa mga inputs mo boss.. Your solution on that bike will also apply on other bikes. Not just KTM's..
    Mjo kulang lang sa video mo bossing is ung pricing nung stator at oil filter pati ndn ung oil. :)
    But 98% of the video are good.. it will help to all rc's duke owners outder.. :)

      Hehehe, Salamat Brader... yes na a-apply din po to sa lahat ng motor, kasi lahat ng motor ay mayroong charging system, same components lang naman lahat ng motor pag dating sa charging..
      Yown nga boss. D bali, ilalagay ko sa Description ung mga Price and alternative parts na pwede magamit sa motor natin..

    > The Volt showed from L1-L2 and L1-L3 then L2-L3 all were 24V-25V, is this Okay?
    > When the engine on idle max volts I got was 13.6-13.8V on the battery side. are the values okay?
    My doubt is my reading did not match the value you have shown on video... could it be a problem!
    can you make a "Termination Unit" (JG 401 405) diagnosis video, please?
    awesome Subtitle helped. Used your process to do the replacement of the stator coil. and the motorcycle works
    also, a note is to be careful when doing the work for first time DIY the magnet is strong so do the work as slow as possible and keep note of position (2 nos) stubs.

      - Yes it's okay, the range of the AC Volts is around 20-28V
      > When the engine on idle max volts I got was 13.6-13.8V on the battery side. are the values okay?
      - yes, the range of the DC voltage when idle is 13.6v -14.3V.. Also it depends on the voltmeter use, depends on the calibration. so better use other multi-tester, so you can compare..

      A new issue , motorcycle runs. when i am at crossing or in neutral the display shows 1long and 7 short burst lights does it mean another part needs replacing

      Yes, vice versa, you can use Dominar 400 Stator to KTM like 200/390, also BAJAJ Rouser NS/RS 200 or Dominar...

    Daghang Salamat, very informative.. 😉 naa koy duke 200 nglibug ko ky ge changed na nko ang stator, rectifier ug battery brand new pero dli gehapon ga charge akong battery 12 ra permi bisan nka on ang engine. Unsay cause wiring?

      Good Day, sunda lang ng gbuhat nako mam.. e check isa2x, from stator rectifier down to wire niya.. kung dili lang mo charge mostly sa charging system ra na, if nag ilis ka og stator rectifier og battery wala gyapon naga charge malaman naa problema ang wiring.. Mangutana ko og unsa ggamit nimo nga pang sukat sa voltage?

      Ay ok na salamat. Lami kaayu paasuhan ang nag ta-od sa akong stator coil, baliktad iyng pgka taod maong perting sunoga sa stator coil.😆 bantog ra kay bisan ge ilisan nako bago tanan unya original pa nga part mao ra gehapon. Maayu ky nka tn aw ko ani imong video nka idea ko ug check sa akong stator. paSalamt nlng pudko ky 2 ka stator akong ge order, kay mahal kaayu dri sa Australia ug dili ka sa online mo order. Nlingaw kog tan aw sa imong mga video kay mkatuon gyud. I learnd a lot about bikes now after watching all those videos you have nka save ko sa mahal nga mekaniko dri ky ako lng nag ilis. 😉 More power.

    Bossing paano na malaman na sira na ang stator kahit hindi mo kalasin,malalaman po ba kahit manual tester lang,baka mapakita nyo po sa sususnod nyo na video
