I had the PSR test twice in 2020 in same week. I was negative. My doctor raised his voice at me saying adamantly I didn't have Covid. I had an anti-body test months later was positive. I had IGG antibodies.
Viral persistence to start with, but permanent damage caused to endothelial cells hence mitochondrial dysfunction, blood clotting, MCAS, inflammation, immune dysfunction, etc .... No chance of cracking them for existing folk, but understanding why and treatment to stop worsening or early stages may be possible.
What helps depends on effects. Niacin doesn't help everyone. Low histamine diet generally does help most people, but better is a more balanced diet with reduced histamine foods. Oxygen therapy. As to main reason and causes, cell dysfunction and damage along with dysautonomia is the main reason in my opinion.
Won't get care until, policy and cuffs are removed from doctors, diagnostic testing unavailable on NHS, and will be decades away due to current under funding. Either you are rich and can go abroad, or you just get better with rehab and some supplements or you ain't. Pacing doesn't work in modern life, can't all write a book and do video blog's...
