Pretty damned impressive considering 5 voices creating so much gorgeous sound. Phenomenal. Adam's beat boxing/vocal percussion was next level world class stuff right there. I absolutely love their cover of this song.

I grew up on classic rock & am a big fan of the Doobie Brothers & had their albums. "Listen To The Music" was a big hit for them back in 1972. Love that Home Free is keeping this great music alive & introducing it to the younger generation. The guys did a really nice job of this song. Austin was great for the lead & loved the background harmonies of Rob, Chance & Tim's bass. Adam killed it on the vocal percussion again. He always comes up with some new & interesting sounds.
I'm so old I remember when the Doobie Bros. original was new! Home Free doesn't miss - while always being respectful of the original, their covers always add something new (which I like - I don't want to listen to a mere imitation of the original song!),
Austin is originally from Tifton, Ga which is only about an hour from my house LOL

A sound guy with no headphones...you are missing so much. Unless you're wearing buds that cant be seen... No sub for you.
Actually we're using a bass speaker to listen and can hear everything just fine. Don't just assume we can't hear because we're not using headphones. Its not like we're listening on the laptop speakers. 🙄
We use my bass rig for listening.. no headphones on the planet can touch it. Trust me we aren't missing anything. I have the most high quality monitor playback headphones you can get.. cant touch our rig. We get this criticism only from Home Free fans as it turns out. If yall could hear what we are hearing you would understand. As a longtime professional sound engineer, and longtime performing musician, with a degree in music and music production, can assure you we have it covered. However, we love Home Free and we hope you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching.

And while we are mentioning it.. a front of house sound engineer rarely uses headphones other than to check specific frequencies.. you mix sound for the crowd based off the acoustics of the room or venue.. not for yourself in headphones.

Thank God I didn't say anything before I read the comments lol! Of course I wdn't have been upset - I wd've just suggested headphones. BUT... you clearly have more knowledge of the intricacies of sound than 99.999% of the world, so... nicely done!
