@RollerCoastersRule1 Hey thanks for commenting on my video! When your in RCT3 and you want to make water fountains that move back and fourth you have to make them in advanced water fountains. Once your in there you go down to elevation. There you can decide what tilt you want the water at. You can put many of these elevation buttons in. How many buttons you put on the line is how much the water jet will move. I hope this helped you and if you have more questions feel free to comment back!
