WORKING CULTURE: BRAZIL vs. GERMANY

Ever wondered why that German friend never hugs you back? Lol.
After working for over one year in Germany and being a natural born and made Brazilian, I'm bringing a few key cultural differences that should be acknowledged inside the work environment.
If you ever have to travel abroad to meet a Brazilian customer or if you are a Brazilian who is going to Europe to do business, having those tips in mind might save you from going through any weird or delicate situations!

So the summary could be:
Brazilians= less efficient but more social
Germans= more efficient but less social

I would not endorse neither disagree with that opinion hahaha. It is just that brazilians are really social if compared to ANY other culture and germans are really efficient compared to most others as well! We got too extremes in that sense, so MAYYYYBE you are right hahaha (i just would not call Germans not-social or Brazilians inefficient... it's a spectrum 😂)

Being Brazilian citizen what you required to work in germany or EU . Which documents required. If someone as toursit then find a some job then he she can get work permit visa in germany or he she should be back with documentos again apply for a visa in Brazil. ???
