So deserving of the Best Historical Grammy! Congratulations! Finally Lenny gets the recognition he deserves for ALL of his compositions.
Leonard Bernstein(the composer, conductor, educator, performer, author)is America's greatest gift to the world.
His music and recordings have guided me for years through my musical career...a true inspiration.
Sadly I never got to see him perform live, but the 2 summers I spent studying at Tanglewood (walking the same grounds) I could feel his spirit.

Leonard Bernstein made my life growing up in the Blue Ridge far more enjoyable. I suppose that's true of a great many people.

I would rather Sony released his entire catalogue like DG did with the 60's, 70's, 80's and Operas boxes with Karajan. Original jacket, remastered, ordered by release date.

Jamie, I heard the song you wrote, A Big Heart?, for your dad on the Kennedy Awards that someone recently uploaded on YT. It was great and you did a great job singing it too! What is the title and is there a recording? He was really touched, you can see that clearly when the cameras cut to him. That was a great show. I miss those kinds of broadcasts. I was about 10 years old and I am sure had no idea when it was on. I believe there as someone that co-wrote it with you?
