My sister was the reason that playing cards were band from the school bus. She would play poker for the other kids lunch money. They tried to kick her off the bus for it, but it was an hour bus ride in a rural area. And she didn't have another way to school and she was also in the top 5 of her class. So they wanted to keep her to make their numbers look good. If her grades weren't so good they wouldn't have cared.

Long story short. Bullies didn’t like my perfume and we almost got in a physical fight about it. There were no rules as to certain perfumes or smells you could have, there is now.

Ah yes... I've seen people approach the "no alcohol in the barracks" during basic training with them putting their beer on the outside window sill. Technically it wasn't in the building...

In the 90s, my teacher got model rocket clubs banned at our school, after one went sideways and struck a gas station. I was even suspended for telling him it wasn't safe to use because I had 'disrespected a teacher'. Fortunately, the whole class backed me, and the gas stations cameras cleared me as well.

the "public speaking" unit in english. I was so nervous, I did my presentation pretending I was a drill sergeant inducting trainees. The next year they introduced the rule "you must be yourself when presenting". Kind of proud of that XD

I can relate to that handstand thing, and I didn’t necessarily crack, my head open lol. But I can relate to that story it was my first day of sixth grade. I was laying back in my chair just letting that rest on the two back legs like they were talking about. And my first crush walked into the classroom. Once again this was the first day of six grade so I never met her before. I immediately saw her, but she was the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen at the time. got nervous, lost my balanced, went forward and slammed my head and did the desk came myself a slightly bloody nose. And accidentally bit my lip where it was bleeding lol.

My friend Willy was the kid who bashed his skull open off a table while tipping his chair in Kindergarten. I just remember the pool of blood everywhere on the table but nothing else.

My high school ended up having to lock bathrooms because some punk teenagers would cause fires in the trash as a means of skipping classes instead of just not going, thus endangering lives, if it wasn't such an invasion of privacy I would have suggested cameras that are pointing away from the bathroom but still enough to see who's going in and at what time so they can tell who's starting fires in the bathroom instead of being in class that way they can punish the people who are doing that and if it's serious enough having police involved

When I was about 9 I was in gymnastics and we frequently went on this one trampoline, it wasn't the long one, it was a basic square one. This one day we go to it and got free time so we tried copying a trick that the first person did, when it was my turn I attempted it but did a scorpion and hurt my back so bad that I had to leave early. Let's just say that the trampoline was replaced with large mats after that.
