Brighton started from six with Mitoma, but ended up 13 th without him although Pedro, Welbeck, Enciso,Adingra did their best efforts. Good wingers are more important than attackers.
I am a bit surprised that no-one spotted that Young was too old last season. Surely there are affordable full backs in the Championship? Hull City centre half Greaves went to Ipswich. Everton should have been in for him. What do Everton scouts do all year? Rooney came into the team at 16 years old. Where are today's young players? Everton can't score, can't defend, and the midfield lacks energy and leadership. It's hard to be optimistic. On the plus side, I look forward to your videos. Thanks Rose😊
What a predictable start. Dyche loses the tactical battle against the youngest PL manager! Fair play to Hurzeler and his Brighton team who deserved the win, but we made it so easy for them. The individual mistakes were shocking.

We looked dangerous. Then Brighton came into the game and started to dictate proceedings. They thoroughly deserved their victory today!. We need to improve. It's only the first game so I'll cut them some slack, however we need to show a significant improvement moving forward otherwise it's going to be yet another very long season. We always have a juddering cold start and struggle to garner points (same under Moyes), and everyone starts catastrophising, but after 6 or 7 games we will start to get it together because there will be intensity........look we are a bottom 6 team and can only fish in compatible waters. I will go into errors however 1) Keane, Docoure & Young starting instead of O'Brien, Ndiaye and Dixon.🤦🏻♂️ 2) playing high press against a team with players as quick as Mitoma, Minteh, Pedro & Welbeck with CB's as slow as Tarkowski and Keane plus RB Young. 3) Following Young's red card Dyche took 20 minutes to restructure the shape with a tactical substitution but instead he shoehorned McNeil to RB and when he finally did make the tactical substitution he puts on Holgate instead of O'Brien who we paid £17,000,000 for. In summary I fear now that unfortunately Holgate will be starting at RB against Spurs. Agree with alot of what you said here Rose.👍🏻 DYCHE OUT sorry Rose.🤚🏻
