The positives for young seem to be his experience. Yet so far this season he’s been sent off and missed a penalty in a shootout. That shouldn’t be happening to someone with experience
We are Dire Rose the manager must go the subs were poor why Young help and misses the most important penalty I couldn't give any player more than 5 out of 10 and that's generous dreadful Calvet Lewin is not ill it's all about being transferred 😮

Probably should never have been appointed in the first place, however how many managers do the fans want to sack given that sacking and appointing several managers has worked so well in the past. Poor recruitment during close season, we knew we needed a goalscoring forward, never got one, a couple of full backs, and a box to box midfielder. Nothing, we are a poorly run club, with no direction.
The club does not need a cup run, it does not have the human resources or resilience for such a distraction when Premiership is a battle from end to end. Best out of it.

I wouldn’t panic yet ,there’s a few poor teams in the league ,Ipswich are nothing special and have hardly any goal threat ,Palace are the pits and Southampton are poor .Wolves aren’t great but I think they will rally .
Any normal Club would have sacked the manager by now, but I forget that we're not a normal Club
