can you make more videos for goalies in the future?
The other thing you can do is the person providing a foot to push off from can lay their stick handle on the backboard with the head on the floor (so it’s tilted) and the runner can use that as a push off block. The stick is much harder than a shoe so the resistance helps. Great videos guys.

Tip: the closer to the ball you are the less dangerous it is. For acceleration look at how 100 meter sprinters in the olympics accelerate
