Three months into wim Hoff, exercise and breathing with cold showers, plus good supplementation of vitamins, enjoy nature, enjoy life. Cured 80% of my neuropathy pain damage caused by a vitamin b12 defecient for years and dokters never could find the cause. I'm not 100% healed, but the progress I've made... I've never felt this good in a long time.

I did the WHM 10 week course two years ago. In that time I was so often sick with twp colds an two stomach flu.
I found out that my Magnesium, B12 and Vitamn D was very low. So my body couldn't handle the stress caused by the WHM. The guy in the video was always in the sun, has a bit darker skin so the Vitamin D level dropped very quick and it takes longer for him to get a better Vitamin D level in the sun.
To me, make sure that your body is prepared to get the good results from that very good method.

I’m just a beginner at this. I’ve been on a year long journey of nutritional health resulting in 100 pound + weight loss and numerous health issues cured. I find myself still in search of something. I began the breathing and noticed from the very first session a huge increase in urine production. I do believe this to be either of two things. 1. Stress relief allowing the kidneys to relax and filter blood more efficiently. 2. Outflowing of inflammation from my body. This seems to happen with every session with me. I am thankful for whichever it is because I feel great. I am hopeful for a relief of adrenal fatigue which is what I try to concentrate on during my sessions.

Although I was able to stop bronchitis from turning into pneumonia with antibiotics, I never stopped doing my breathing excrecise, even when interrupted with coughing fits expectorating all kinds of thick phleghm. I feel certain that the breathing exercises has helped my recovery as it would in keeping with my past to still be having coughing fits this soon after the acute stages of bronchitis. I'm on day 8 of a 10 day course of Doxycilin, my breathing is clear and deep with no coughing! I swam 1/4 mile last night and felt winded but great..
Thank you Wim Hof, I haven't missed one single day of the breathing in about 8 months now and I love it so much!!!! Bless you, sir for bringing this to the world.

I've been breathing my whole life. Interesting stuff. Marketed well. Everyone is looking for some - thing to set them free. If we only realized that thing is already inside of us. We don't have to practice a method, or go to a workshop or become a trainer or teacher. Your light is already shining inside of you, you just have to look.

My name is Laurent, I'm 28.
I was diagnosed with granular pharyngitis 1 year and a half ago. But my throat won't heal. On one hand the specialist doctor told me they don't treat this condition with antibiotics (it will make it worse) and on the other hand my family doctor wants to give me antibiotics without knowing if its viral or bacterial...incompetent! So I stopped talking to him. The public medical system here in quebec is poor or maybe I just gave up on them, but really i feel like they don't care about me. I've tried so many things but I'm struggling to stay consistent and discipline : sauna, trampoline (rebounding) helping heal my lymphatic system, fenugreek, juice pressing: carrots, beets, parsley, cucumber, ginger, tumeric. I've been eating a shit ton of raws onions and garlic. Gargling with salt water, consuming manuka honey. Cut out the junk food completely... I quit drinking and smoking weed 2 years ago and it's probably what caused my condition in the first place, I know I brought it on myself, but I haven't relapsed since. I am serious about this.
I need some serious guidance, meet someone who specializes in natural remedies, that knows his ways around plants and roots, nutrition, supplements or someone who is very good at alternative and modern medicine. But it's very expensive and rare to find. This brought me HERE ....

If you want to make progress start gradually week by week, in the first week learn how you feel when breathing, closing the eyes and feeling. Slowly fully in counting backwards 3-2-1 and then let the air go, count totally about 30 breaths. (22-35) . Once you have completed the first week you'll start moving the belly while breathing automatically. So start always slow, I recommend 4-5 full and slow breaths, and then increase the rhythm. Visualize the air filling you like a wave. Believe me, you will always feel it if done properly. Buy the course for the right progression week by week.

    Hi!
I was wondering if anyone who has IBD has tried the wim hoff method with treating thier condition or maybe even curing it. And by IBD I mean for instance Ulcerative Colitis, it is an inflamation that people get in the large intestine and it becomes chronic, people with this need to take medication to stay free from symptoms but it is usually never enough, even with the meds.
I heard and read that the wim hoff method can help treat inflamation so I really, REALLY need to know if anyone who has Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's disease has tried this and been succesful.

Can't say anything with the method but found a doctor here who transfers bifidobacterium via endoscopy and it significantly reduced my symptoms. Such that I wasn't in search of a treatment for UC, it was for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (another autoimmune disease). You can try checking that out as well.

The first 20 were quite not bad. He was clearly on his wits ends on the ten to 15 last ones.
Going all the way down and then locking elbows up is not good for the elbow.
And frankly speaking,I don't see anyone doing very low push up either.

I would love to see a testimonial from a woman my age which is 75. I am staring with the breathing. I don't see anyone my age in the video.

I noticed that too. These videos are loaded with kids in their 20s. Maybe for eye candy so more people will watch. The Lyme disease video had a few in their 40s. Why no seniors in these vids? I'm not against the methodology, but it's very noticeable.

    • @amateur_ninja_aidan

Jennifer Hunt it’s temporary, the breathe hold gets you back to normal oxygen level. Those two enhance your parasympathetic nervous system which is why you get Adrenalin
