In this video, I have explained the process of sending a custom email using Salesforce Flow (Send Email Action) with new features.
Steps to achieve this in Salesforce:
1. Create a Screen Flow in case object.
2. Add the screen component to get the inputs (Email address, Subject, Email body) from the user.
3. Add the action element and select 'Send Email' Action and pass the details from the screen component to the email action.
4. Save and activate
5. Create a quick action and call this new flow from your quick action.
6. Add your quick action to the layout and start sending the emails.

in case i cant find the activity tab so i tried same in account iam getting the mail but not getting the email notification in activity timeline what can be done ?

Hi, great video. Is there a way to automatically input the email address from the record that the button has been placed on? For example, we have a Customer Contact on the Opportunity. The Send Email button is on the Opportunity, and I would like this to auto-populate in the email to the field. Many thanks
