Let's say as soon as my opportunity move to closed won, I want to send information of 10 fields from that opportunity to onboarding manager in an excel type table format. So how do we create a table in my email

Fetch the user with the help of get record element and apply condition role = ceo

Yes prepare a collection of email ids and use that in the core email action
