Send Email to System Admin to Accept / Reject an Account. Send this Email on 10th day of the date of creation. If not accepted / rejected, again send on 13th day, 15th day. If not accepted / rejected, then the Account must get rejected automatically.

It is possibel to create flow based on last login date , if last login date 30 before user automatically deactive on flow
what if the manager has several teammembers with different roles like: Sales Support, Consultants and Account Managers, cause now the manager gets all mail from deactivated users within the company

Fetch the user with the help of get record element and apply condition role = ceo
Is it possible to send more than 5 email ids using core action?
Yes prepare a collection of email ids and use that in the core email action
