    I’m working on a scenario to send an email to system admin when salesforce license count gets less than 10.
    Can flows able to achieve this?

    hi shubham,
    Send Email to System Admin to Accept / Reject an Account. Send this Email on 10th day of the date of creation. If not accepted / rejected, again send on 13th day, 15th day. If not accepted / rejected, then the Account must get rejected automatically.
    Kindly explain this scenario with flows

    what if the manager has several teammembers with different roles like: Sales Support, Consultants and Account Managers, cause now the manager gets all mail from deactivated users within the company

      Fetch the user with the help of get record element and apply condition role = ceo

      Yes prepare a collection of email ids and use that in the core email action

      @@salesforcegeek Thanks for your response but even though I used collection of email ids with more than 5 emails, the flow is getting failed... but with 5 it works..
