Peace and Love, thank you for this message! I heard and saved 3yrs ago! It is on my ritual list when I am offering to Esu and Ancestors! Today I woke up and I needed this reminder of owning and being responsible of my Spiritual Inheritance! Be Blessed and Walk in Power❤
Omoagbametala had struggles accepting and loving my self when I was younger after connecting to the Orisas I’ve found self love, understanding, peace and tranquility and a place of belonging. I’m saving to visit Yorubaland soon a lot my mother spiritual practices are tied to Nigeria 🇳🇬 the Yoruba tribe
I had a dream of a person making contact and speaking a strange language for a second and slowly i came to consciousness but i was talking to something in my mind
Thank you brother for sharing your wisdom and channeling / manifesting your Orunmila energy. I have known that a plant based diet is the absolute best for the feeding of the internal Orisha / Deities for a long time. And benefited from that knowlege through practicing of a vegetarian/vegan diet but I have been frustrated that meat still plays a large part of the diasporan African diet and that I was for a very long time considered a weird child of the continent for not wanting to ingest meat. Love your advice to 'man-up' and take responsibility! Ash!
Meat is plant-based and animal flesh is blood. Meat is not animal flesh and animal flesh is not meat and most things just been twisted leading to more distractions. Clarity to you and your tribe and thank you for watching sister. Ese o
Placenta is plant-centred as we are cosmically plant-based. This is why mom talks about planting trees on the placenta/navel cord for she is speaking and affirming our cosmic origin. Thank you for watching brethren

@zanzibar jones The translation came about when Christian missionaries came to West Africa specifically Yoruba lands to "civilise" the people and "show them the light and the way". They reviewed the existing culture and religious beliefs and seeing how steadfast Yorubas were in their beliefs sought to create discord (because Yorubas had no separation of religion and the rest of society, there was simply a way of being and living which encompassed all aspects and teachings in Ifa, religion was just one of these aspects) . Colonial Britain having conquered the region politically (via divide and rule in the wider region), social domination was next. It was easier to label the religious practises not only inferior but also demonise it and one of the ways they did that was to equate Laroye (Esu) to their "devil"/"Satan". A concept/creature that actually does not exist in the Yoruba belief system. Note a lot of these missionaries were actually freed slaves from the West! basically the folks that were already brainwashed sent to dominate their people. It was a cunning and destructive tactic that would change the course of how Yorubas think and see themselves till today. Till today Yorubas in Nigeria are literally ignorant and even scared of their own God given path to enlightenment. They're mostly Christians and Muslims, nothing wrong with that but traditional worshippers are pretty much persecuted and have to practise their faith in the shadows. But there's a renaissance now and it's beautiful to see.
@zanzibar jones Good to hear you found a more peaceful and enlightened path. I certainly agree with your quote "whatever your path, may you walk it with every blessing". That's a much needed prayer in these current times.
@@tkspiece2310 It was actually a Yoruba man that translated the English Bible into Yoruba language. He was the one that made that error of equating satan with Esu, being that he was a Anglican trainee or so that just returned back home.
