Looks like Kia Soul has a banana box standardised trunk
the banana box test is actually really useful ( thanks :D ) because capacity in litres is not always relevant when actually trying to fit things into the boot, like suitcases.

@@SmartMart1658 from what I've read about the MG ZS it is not really comparable to the Polestar 2 in terms of "niceness". The MGs (well, SAIC really, they just bought the MG brand so they can stick that badge on for us Europeans) seem to be *really* bare-bones, shave costs everywhere cars. The Polestar 2 on the other hand is a very nice car. But also in a different price bracket.
@@SmartMart1658 Yeah it is a stationwagon. but the comparison stops there. The MG is a bit ugly and cheap looking and the battery is only 50kwh, motor is only 85kW.

A Genius to do the Banana Box challenges. Nobody will have the same idea... But Bjorn, maybe a test with how many (sizes) travel suitcases fitts will be usefull as well;) Now I use Banana boxes on my holidays:)

Why in your list does the Polestar appear above the VW ID3 when it can actually hold one box less in the boot? There is always one person who will moan, right!!

Looks like the chart is sorted by seats down capacity, then alphabetically on car name. It's the same near the top with e-Soul and Model X 6-seater.

I was interested in a radiated heat test with the glass roof. If the glass roof was covered in aluminium cooking foil on a hot day how that would affect the inside temperature and the energy used by the air conditioner to keep the car cool. A drive test and a sitting in the sun all day test.

Actually every Tesla except the model 3 has a hatchback. Model S, X, and Y. Probably even the roadster.

Polestar is the best car, well it’s a car that’s an EV, rather than tech components trying to be a car (Tesla)
