Avia! I'm so excited for your to pursue your acting dreams :) When i moved to a bigger city and didn't know anyone the one thing that really helped me was taking my acting classes to meet new people interested in the same thing and getting a part time job. Even if it's just 1-2 days a week, it helped me meet so many new people who are still my friends to this day! Wishing you allllll the best
Avia Avia Avia, where do I even begin, I have literally grew up with you. There are pictures of me playing with toys while the shaytards Christmas special was on in the background (specifically the 2016 one). Or the videos of me pretending to vlog because I wanted to be like the “Shaytards” which are all stored on my mom’s phone. But that’s besides the point, seeing you accomplish everything you truly set your mind to is so inspiring to me. Your positive outlook in life is also a great reminder to me that not all days will be good but you have to make the best out of it. I also want to pursue my dreams in acting but am not thinking that college is the best route for me and you are a huge inspiration. I am so proud of what you have done and accomplished and all the things you are going to continue to do. Congratulations on the new apartment, so proud of you! -Abby

I don’t know if you are still practicing in the LDS church (and honestly it’s none of my business) but one thing that really helped me when I moved out of my parents house as a young adult was going to the closest singles ward and getting involved in their extra activities like potlucks and FHEs and game nights and that really helped me when I was feeling homesick. Even if you go just so that you can be more social it might be something to look into to fill your social cup :) so proud to see the young lady you’ve become and I’m so excited to see what the future holds for you!
ahh the loneliness is okay its the peace with yourself ! I always try to remind myself that because sometimes we tend to focus on the negatives but turning one thing or another into a positive helpsss!

you should try rice and curry meals. curries are very easy to cook. put a bunch of spices in and add coconut milk. its healthy and fulfilling try to avoid processed food that comes in packets. try to get fresh fruits and vegetables instead and cook them
Watch a video about cutting up mango! Picking the best mango is where there is a little "give" to it and it's got a little red on the skin. They say cut alongside the center stine (which is flat) and then slide the pieces doing the edge of a glass and the mango will come away from the peel into the glass. Its really easy to do. Fresh mango you cut yourself is often cheaper and delicious!
For the mirror you will more likely need a filling anchor. Start by tapping the plaster to see if it is hollow, then make a hole using a drill and hammer the anchor into the hole. Screw a correct lengthed screw into the anchor until a few CMs stick out. Hammer some eye screws (10mm ish) into the back of the mirror on either side and use some twine to create a hanging wire, then simply hang this wire onto the screw - and align to make it even.
It takes time to settle in and make friends after moving to a new place! Totally normal. It can be really lonely at first but I know great things are coming to you!
Sometimes i forget you're only 18 because you navigate the world like a 20 something already! I have some many of my high school students that cannot handle the thought of living on their own much less leaving their hometown. I do have quite a few like you though where thwy e basically been 18 since they were little kids and self-sufficient and fearless.
It excites me so much to see you in AZ. When you went to trader joes I was like “yup i know where that is” lol I’m happy you were able to see Ian! You guys look so cute together 💕
