No Mans Sky Meets Dark Star Phoenix Asteroids

Movie Clips used from 1974's Dark Star Directed by John Carpenter, Actors in used clips are Brian Narelle as Lt. Doolittle and Dre Pahich as Talby.
Where these Phoenix Asteroids intentionally left in? or is it a mistake? Either way no console likes it as the framerates tank. What do you think?
