Good Afternoon Sir Your videos are awesome....it is understandable .....thank you for being so dedicated and working so hard for us sir. In this video you had labelled vasa recta wrongly. the vasa recta along the ascending limb of loop of henle is descending vasa recta the vasa recta along the descending loop of henle is ascending vasa recta as vasa recta arises from efferent arteriole and moves down along the ascending loop of henle
@@sermamoorthy602Bro Both Vasa recta and Henle's loop exhibit counter current mechanism but in opposite direction to each other. Like the descending limb of loop of Henle is close to the ascending limb of Vasa recta and the ascending limb of loop of Henle is close to the descending limb of vasa recta. Hope this helps😊
Thank you so much for clear cut video, kindly clarify my doubts 1. NaCl coming out of AL of LOH enters the DC of Vasa Recta and it does not allow it to go out due to its impervious nature, then the AC of the same Vasa Recta must also be impervious, how come NaCl comes out into interstitial space of inner medulla? 2. What is the exact composition of fluid in interstitial space of inner medulla?

Thanks for my request sir neega neet biology la genetic and evolution unit ella topic video podunga sir because it has high weightage next to human physiology
Sir a slight change in your lecture you had changed the ascending and descending vasa recta position. According to ncert the flow of filtrate in loop of henle is opposite to flow of blood in vasa recta
sir....one doubt....what is present in concentrated urine sir...because nacl and urea are removed ..then how they are concentrated ... i was confused about counter current for almost 1 years= but now it is clearly understood sir thank you sir
I think it's too late to explain but no prob I gotchu.. As u said nacl and urine is reabsorbed in that way water also gets reabsorbed mainly, passively in descending henle's loop and in conducting duct, so if water is reabsorbed then the filtrate would become concentrated. In conducting duct the water gets to reabsorbed as much as possible so only they have high osmolarity like henle's loop.
Sir, you have said that wrong in counter current mechanism. Loop of Henle is descending down wards and ascending upwards. But in vasa recta ie., Blood capillary, descending is upwards and ascending is down wards. Please 🙏 change this & and makr you concept clear.
Tq so much sir.. unga vedio cls attend panitu tha I refer my book..wonderful explanation..
Thanks a lot pa
It is not only usefull for school student .It is also useful for college Student. Because I am radiology study . Perfect explanation 💖

Excellent explanation sir..thank you very much sir
Sir.Isn't the flow of Materials through both Ascending & Descending limbs of henle's loop & Vasarecta are opposite in direction?
true, I think he is saying it wrong
Usefulla eruthuchi sir . Thank you
Explained very well within a short duration.. 👍Thank you sir

very clear definition sir only one doubt sir from where urea is entering into ascending limb of Henley's loop sir ? can you please tell me sir?
Urea after releasing from collecting duct it enters the medullary interstitium and further it enters into ascending limb of LOH
Thank you sir!
