Winchester 52C hands down. Accurate, durable, will last multiple lifetimes, ease of maintenance it just checks all the boxes. Glad to see you back making videos brother!
BRNO Model 2 1962-68 22RF these where the best years of manufacture before Russian invasion of Czech, afterwards quality fell away. i like the short bolt stroke design, compact action, proven reliability. A pro rabbit shooter in Oz used one with Boyds thumb hole stock, he shoots 100-180 pairs a night, ave 49 rabbits for 50 shots, all head shots. He replaced the factory barrel after 200K(4yrs shooting) with a SS Madco(Oz make), generally replaces barrels every 200K, scope Ziess Conquest 4-14x44. Ammo Win 555 or Super Speed. I will stay with my Krico 320 22RF, same accuracy as BRNO/CZ. Never seen a Win 52 or Annie 64/54 so cant compare.
I think I would go with a CZ 457, easy to change barrels (chamber dimensions, twist rates, barrel diameters, balance) if need or want to explore other options, so many options for after market accessories, triggers, chassis, stocks etc...With a very reliably functioning gun with decent accuracy. Hope all is well and so good to see you posting again. Take care, Dave
Oh too bad. The 4 is an amazing rifle, but the stock configuration is suitable for apertures/sights only as the comb is very low making scope height an issue. After I made the stock for mine it transformed the rifle and I used it for rimfire competitions and that rifle has won a few matches.
Hey there, thanks for comment. CZ 455/457 barrels do not fit the older 452/Brno models as they are threaded barrels to receiver. The 455(7) use a completely different setup.

Thanks for info
I saw your videos on #4. Was impressed with accuracy and your improvements.
Definitely not a semi auto. I would have to pick one of my 457’s
Nice hat! I love me a trusty 10/22!
Thank you. Appreciate the info. Brno action is much smoother than 453. Will look for another Brno. Eventually. Cheers
No problem! I would try a 455 because the ability to put a flyweight trigger on it and a match barrel is very very nice
@inrangerimfire20two I appreciate any and all advice. I did miss out on a 455. Next time I guess. Do like your Mod 4

Anschutz 54 Sporter for a rifle.
I would not choose anything over my current Pardini SP in a pistol.
That wooden one that I have is nifty, would choose that
What if it gets wet tho
@@westcoastwildcard better when it’s wetter?
Anschutz 1727
Hi just wondering. Do cz455/Cz457 barrels fit Brno 2 4 5 models. As far as your question Brno 2 for me
