    I can’t believe this man said the 380 is a fire and flea type round 😂😂 There’s a lot of men in the ground behind a 380 and a lot of them still above ground behind the 9mm,40 and 45 acp….. People need to get that out of their minds

    There is no gun on the market that has 10 rounds and carries as easy as the LCP Max. I also was not impressed with the original LCP but the Max is a whole different platform IMO

    Absolutely perfect hot/warm weather low-threat area firearm. Puts; the "concealed" in Concealed Carry.

    My Max is fully modded with all the Mcarbo parts, plus a Hogue grip sleeve for a Sig P365 (cut off the finger separator). It is soft shooting with most ammo (heavier recoil spring), and quite accurate at 7 yards. At 15 yards not so much; sight radius too short. I consider it as perfect as any pocket pistol could be. I use the 12-round mag, which is barely longer than the 10-round with the pinky extension. I also have the LCP in 22LR, just because it exists.

    The Ruger has the advantage of rounds, but the Glock shoots much better IMO in regard to recoil. I’ve had 4 females shoot both side by side and only 1 said she didn’t really have a preference. The other 3 chose the Glock 42 on their own stating they didn’t feel the snappiness in it like they did with the Ruger LCP Max.
    I don’t have a problem with J frames so the Max doesn’t seem bad to me, but that really isn’t the case with some people. If they don’t like shooting it they won’t train with it and that is what we are trying to get them to do in the end. Shoot and train with what you’re comfortable.
    Excellent stuff as always. 😊

    • @SHOT_GUNNER
      @SHOT_GUNNER 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Excellent observations here. I too pocket carry the Glock, I find that the size must be intentional. It’s almost that Glock made it as small as they could while keeping it dead reliable. Seems scaled down perfectly to me. That and the felt recoil is much less IMO.

    Very good video. I love my LCPs . I have the recently upgraded standard LCP, the LCP with stainless slide and aluminum trigger and just bought the LCP MAX 75th anniversary edition. Although I have the EC9s I usually carry the LCP for comfort... unless I'm going to Walmart 🤔🤣

    • @robertslusser6753
      @robertslusser6753 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      "Unless I'm going to Walmart" is a sad but true commentary on our current situation. I also consider Walmart as probably the most potentially dangerous place that I go. Although I have a Taurus G3C with (3)12-round mags, the LCP is usually my everyday carry with (3) 6-round mags simply because it conceals so much better than the Taurus.

  • @jerroddooley374
    @jerroddooley374 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    I'm an experienced shooter, and it took a few hundred rounds for me to get comfortable shooting at 25 yards with myne. They are not easy to shoot. The 12 round mags help accuracy a lot because of the added grip length.

    • @edwinchandeck7231
      @edwinchandeck7231 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Exactly my opinion, it should have a real doble action trigger like the bodyguard. In that case it would be perfect for deep concealment

    • @B_R_
      @B_R_ 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      It's actually not fully cocked, it's about 90% and the hammer has to travel the other 10% when you pull the trigger. It's as safe as any other similar firearm. Been out for a couple years with no reports of negligent discharge.

    • @jerroddooley374
      @jerroddooley374 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      100% agree. Been carrying one for several years. I also have the 42 but it’s just not reliable. I’ve done everything i know of to get it to run reliably, even had a smith work on it twice. The lcp is just 100% all the time. I’m no trigger snob but I don’t know why anyone would prefer the bodyguard, damn bear have to ice your trigger finger after you shoot it and follow shots are affected as well

    • @UN-intelligent
      @UN-intelligent 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Get a good holster and you don't have to worry about that. People carry glocks the same way every day and don't just randomly go off.

    • @elche1976
      @elche1976 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      If you're worried about it going off, you don't trust yourself. The gun is fine. Carried the lcp2 for 3 years and now this for 2 years. Look up the design. And there's not any issues with it randomly going off even when dropping.

    After 100 rounds, I had a blister on my trigger finger from the sharp edge of the trigger safety. I’m either gonna have to replace this trigger or take it back and get something else. It is not a very pleasant gun to shoot.

      Heard a lot of complaints about the Galloway Precision Sigurd Trigger so I upgraded to an MCARBO trigger and NO MORE BITE. I also tricked out the gun with the MCARBO 12lb hammer spring, and firing pin. Ironically I did use the Galloway precision steel guide rod and 13lb guide rod spring. Finally slapped Talon grips on it and now it RUNS LIKE A DREAM. Not snappy, no hard trigger pulls, flat shooter with tight groups on target. All these upgrades are around $125. If you use a gunsmith for installation it’ll be an additional cost
