It could Yara's trainer and her brother who did this. They didn't find anything related to Yara in the guy's truck, (which they were also sure wasn't the one circling around the gym which is more likely the murderer's truck), and denied reviewing DNA found on her. and they are certain that police got rid of DNA samples they lied about not having. Yet its solid that the trainer's DNA was on Yara's sweater. For all I can imagine, it's the trainer, together with her brother. They could have checked if her brother or someone she knows had the same kind of truck as the one circling around the gym. No one saw her leaving, probably because she was hit at the gym, left there until everyone leaves, truck kept circling until receiving a text to come and pick up unconscious or dead body of Yara. To be dumped later at that field. I've seen enough SVU to be able to come up with something more logical than all that mess of an investigation (if the documentary is accurate), as it all doesn't make sense. May Yara's soul rest in peace. May her family have strength and peace. Maybher killer/s have the worst of fates, here and after.
Excuse me? The investigation upon the case of Yara has been the biggest in Europe . Nobody ever seen an investigation like that. The Italian government and judicial system is the absolute worst!!! The incompetence of all their police and investigators is shocking even though I already knew that based on how they railroaded American citizen Amanda Knox and convicted her of a murder she didn’t commit.
Their incompetence exceeds by 100% that of Africa. Its a disgrace. But even if the do the right thing now, they cannot escape the review of experiencing all you've done to everyone you encountered. It can be a harrowing experience, and you'll have it. So judging serves no purpose to me but learning, yet again, this game of life comes with consequences. Oh.

Don't they allow appeals in Italy? Some high profile attorney, recognizing everyone's doubt, should step in!
They tried to appeal, including the only request of all of them was to repeat the DNA test, and when it was authorized, the prosecutor destroyed all available samples, making it impossible.

They had already identified who was the owner of the truck long ago so knew who he was but had no body. The video was edited, showing him going round n round to fit what the police needed to convey. It was easy to get DNA without him knowing. The only REAL DNA was the blood of the friend who had to have contact with the dead or wounded girl....probably in the gym. You are not making any sense really. A ton of cars and trucks on camera that day, and they nailed Bossetti work-van just like that, based on what ? You know they made 25.000 DNA tests ? If they knew from the beginning, they would just arrest him at once, day 1, and test him alone.
Absolutely not. Im an italian penalist: i know the case. They didnt planted, they genuinely search for the true killer. But when they arrested Bossetti, italian justice minister gave to the case high visibility, described the efforts of the state (money of the citizens), and celebrate the victory. People was sure about him. Now...people is scared, now we know that 1000 persons par year go to jail without do anything. So.. Whats the point... When they understood that they were wrong, they defended their works, their careers, amd the idea that justice cant put in jail innocents. If they planted the DNA, they'll planted a good Dna, not contestable. At least, to find Bossetti from the DNA, they need 3 years, and to analize the body of a man death by many years. They have recorded truck but they don't know if the girl left the building or not? How? They should have clips of her leaving the building if she left the building. The look for the girl several times on the filed with experts and local people and they didn't found her and few months later they find her at that filed 🤔The compared the material from the truck with the material found on her clothes (could be any truck from the same brand), but didn't search or found her DNA on the seats from the truck 🤔 What happened with the place where all the dogs found her smell 🤔
The cameras on the sport building were not working. In order to reconstruct her way home they could check the cameras on the way, as they did with the track, but I think her way home was in the other direction. I’m sure they checked if she was seen on cameras that were working (the same cameras the truck was seen on), but she hasn’t been seen. They didn’t mention it but I’m sure they checked the truck for DNA, because that’s what they usually do and if it’s not possible to find anything then you can try to compare the microfibers. It is also possible that after such a long time there was nothing left to be found, maybe he cleaned the car after so many months/years….
The truck that Massimo was driving was much smaller, it (truck bed) was not the same size. Too many inconsistencies in this trial, Massimo got railroaded, as did all the families. He’s innocent. Only divine intervention would help this guy, he’ll die in prison, ain’t no way their judicial system will admit they made a mistake.
Innocent until proven guilty. This documentary was great but so much was left out which really got to me. When did they search his car, was any of her dna found there. Massimo said something about other women in the beginning so I would like to know if he had something going on with any woman on his route home like for example with her trainer (did they establish any connection of the two). If Yara had similar cuts like the woman from India what did the two have in common, were there any other similar murders in the region, was there any trace of dna found of that woman's body/clothing. What do police profilers say about these two murders. I am really really really dissapointed that they did not allow reexamination of DNA on Yara's clothes and do hope some wise Judge allows this Massimo deserves a fair trial ! Taking into consideration many mistakes they had made why not allow it ?? Do they have something to hide? Looks like it. I would also like to know whether there were any cameras near the building site or near his home and did he come home within reasonable time that night or no. I would like to know if he had a criminal record or gained money at that time (perhaps vengance on father from that criminal guy). That Dominican who was murdered at the club near her body did they ever catch the killer and what was the method of killing and motive. The knife in the car what is the explanation for it from Massimo and has he taken a lie detector test. The cadaver dogs took everyone straight to the building site so if any expert could comment: of she was raped and stabbed there could she have picked his dna on her clothes simply by beibg forced to lay on the ground were he worked and perhaps sat everyday?? Is this possible or no. Who was at the building site that night and did they have any connection to that club were her body was found. Too many unresolved questions!
The fact that the size of the truck (the bed) did not match the one he was driving, and the prosecution perpetuated this lie is inconceivable. They knew it was NOT his truck yet they kept silent, allowing the real killer(s) to go free. Yara did not get justice, did not. Too many deliberate errors made by prosecutor. Massimo got screwed.
All the questions I keep asking myself. Allegedly the camera that would’ve caught Yara walking home was broken. Oh and they pinged Massimo’s phone in the area but that’s the same cell tower connected to his home so he could’ve possibly just been home. Too many holes in this investigation. It just screams corruption to me.

The grotesque errors in this investigation are unacceptable, the DNA story was a mess, one moment they said the samples were sufficient and the next they said they weren't.The Indian girl who died in the same way, with the same injuries, was discarded because they were going to expose the xenophobia and laziness they had in dealing with her case and closing it as suicide. This case really infuriates me because we lost that talented young lady & real justice hasn’t been served. Poor Yara is rolling in her grave. The real perpetrators are free. How is this fair to Yara and her family? This is only causing further damage because Massimo’s wife & children have been subjected to so much trauma from all of this. If Massimo bosetti's Father is supposed to be guerinoni, who was a bus driver, driving all over so many places, and having flings, then there could be many others who are his children, and any of these also would have the same DNA......
Guess what, they found his biological sons while doing random testings (at the end they made 25.000 !). That's how they nailed Guerinoni paternity. But the nuclear DNA of his sons didn't match "Ignoto1", just 50%. So they correctly guessed "Ignoto1" must have had another biological mother, and not Guerinoni wife. And infact, they found Ester, who was the actual Bossetti mother, having had a "story" with Guerinoni.

I did not expect that the whole Italian investigation team was this incompetent. I thought Italy has high standards when it comes to these crime investigations.🤷
I have a strange feeling the guy is innocent- his wife on the ither hand caught my attention - she is this good person with a kind heart that would stand by her husband when he’s accused of murdering a young girl and raping her?! something does not add up. she admits to child pornography.? is it possible that she conspired with a teacher of Yara ( the female one whose blood was found on yara’s jacket sleeve) and they “offered to drive her home” and then kidnapped and raped her? Is it possible that his wife planted a DNA of her husband there?l Have her phone records been checked? Have this teachers phoen record been checked?

Massimo did his own test to confirm it. They said it it the series.
Yess she pissed me off smiling all the time....😅😅😅
They have recorded truck but they don't know if the girl left the building or not?

The prosecutor, which btw was the same, decided it was suicide. Case closed. No investigation to follow. That is not upon Netflix.
Because the movie is NOT about her case, simple! U’re watching a documentary about a specific case, not THE NEW
Wow...what a saga. Then the mother's and wife's questionable infidelities. Yikes...and is the right person away. Why Yara that night. This guy was just trying to get a tan and extra work. If the persecutor was indicted why not retry the case.
I don’t know about Italy, but don’t they have to cancel all the sentences when it is proven the indictments were made by someone proven to be a criminal that tampered with evidence and obstructed justice?
Condenaram um homem inocente, inacreditável, teria vergonha de ser delegada nesse momento
È da tanto tempo che aspetta questo monento perché è una serie della difesa.
Why is this man still in prison when they are still looking for the perpetrator who done this crime are they thick or just effing evil let the man out to live his live he has suffered enough time you all done your work right after all she was found right under your noses GOD BLESS THAT YOUNG GIRL
I also think Yara’s father knows that the mafia has killed his daughter thats why he never showed up in the movie as a speaker and thats why he’s okay with accusing Bossetti, out of fear
Off topic here but the defense attorney looks like Junior Soprano.
RIP sweet girl.
That's what I thought the whole time warning it
After going through this series i don’t think bossetti was the culprit. The investigation team just needed someone to pin the crime n came as victorious. There is a clearly so many false narrative and why didn’t the court allow one more fresh trial?? Everyone is pinning the crime on bossetti which I don’t think was the culprit.
May the justice prevail and the true perpetrators be punished.
This case for me came down to the work the dna team did with the young girls body.. the lead forensic analyst brought in other experts which makes me confident in the dna they extracted
Ok… but and the broken kits? And the thousands of mistaken tests? And the defense NEVER having access to the DNA? And in the supposed sample the part of DNA that is more fragile and disappears in a matter of weeks is there, and the resistant part does not exist? The simple fact they used broken kits should invalidate this whole thing.
Its dna similar to Massimo because it couod be his half brother... his mother may have had more children. This was frustrating
I thought same ~ but they never tested Mossimo’s brother?
Shit, not sure even Massimo’s DNA was tested right 😂
@@vanderbuilt73 they tested and in the series they said that brother has even diffrent dad, that is unknown
Really stupid, fcked system, and about the series it doenst make quite a difference if you watch 1st or last episode only spining in circle...
Not really, it gets worse and worse. You see a lot of circumstantial evidence, that made it look like he was luring, being shown to be fabricated and changing the view of things. Plus the DNA related info and the teacher’s DNA, deleted messages and crying. A lot of stuff changes.
Why did you not think it would be smart to sieze the rights to publish Snowpiercer S4 as you already have the first three Seasons in your pocket???
I believe that man is innocent and I believe someone stole man s dna that mean person who hate him so I want them to check again you put innocent man in prison I bet people who against him is fraud redo again please thank you I felt bad for him
Reminders me another documentary “ how to make a murder”. This is so sad
I am Glad that Latizia is under investigation now😂
They wanted to make this man look guilty. They needed someone to pin it on smh 🤦🏽♀️. There’s no motive and no substantial evidence that could truly incriminate him. Someone who’s guilty wouldn’t ask for the DNA to be reexamined over & over again, they’re clearly corrupt!
If this happened in US at this magnitude, we would have found a real criminal
Innocence Project, have you heard about it? 😂
I am watching this and I believe the man was wrongly accused how that DNA got on there is mind-boggling
And I’m glad that there’s more people speaking out against what been done to him than not
Since they cannot retest, they should free him
I’m wondering if the first person they started tracking the DNA had something to do with it
We dont really know it did and now I would trust anything what passes for a legal systen in this part of Italy says. Not allowing the dna test to be independently re run is a massive red flag. Corrupt in the extreme.
Wow apparently there’s no justice in Italy
This poor man is innocent ...let him out of prison ...bless him and his family xx
Er ist zu 100,%Unschuldig... Wie so oft wollte man schnell einen schuldigen finden
Caso Bossetti...ADESSO PARLO IO!!!
Hé is sooo innocent!! Free him! Crazy this….
Explain his nuclear DNA on her penties. How it got there?
My heart goes out to anyone and everyone who has ever experienced such a horrific situation regardless of what may have caused the child to initially come up mia. I empathize with every single individual parent who ever goes through anything remotely like this. If I could offer assistance to each and or every single one of you personally truly I would help the moment I received the communications. That's literally just a part of who I am as a human being.
I’ve the same opinion
Free bossetti 😢
Generally, it goes "Innocent till guilty " but in this case, It seems pure witchhunt.
bossetti libero
Non è bossetti
I feel so sorry for him. Rip Yara
This made me think od Amanda Knox case, where italian police also sent two innocent people to prison. I'm not saying that Bossetti is innocent, but they obviously didn't prove his guilt beyond reasonable doubt. It's chilling to think that he could be innocent. The investigation was botched poorly, and that prosecutor should go to prison.
I did not expect that the whole Italian investigation team was this incompetent. I thought Italy has high standards when it comes to these crime investigations.🤷
Go and watch the Amanda Knox documentary 😂
Every step seems to be of reasonable doubt
I will go further. The only step of reasonable doubt is the DNA. All the rest is purely fabricated.
Massi’s wife comes across as cold unemotional not showing one bit of any emotion, not smiling laughing crying nothing. this crime has clearly been done by someone who is both sociopathic and paedophile. She seems to be both
Maybe he is wrongly convicted and on top of that the wife coming to him and says kids are not his. Its like destruction of a tower.
Yeah he's definitely innocent. The gym teacher is involved.
INNOCENTE
Free bossetti lui è innocente
The prosecutor had the DNA samples moved to the crime evidence office, knowing there were no refrigerators there even though the judicial police officers being experts had told her that the samples would deteriorate but she ordered them to proceed nonetheless.
After watching the mini series and hearing about this case for the first time it was obvious to me that the documentary was one sided. At first I thought Bossetti was innocent but even on this documentary some things bothered me about him or his family. They seem like their credo is deny, deny, deny. From his mother, he himself and his wife. So I don’t believe he is that innocent.
Offcorse. He was lying about solarium, about knifes, he didnt now anything, he was lying about toys in supermarket “he was buying to his son”. The seller said he was not there. He is lying about everything, as usual serrial killers do. They are great manipulators. And he now 100% that those dna tests will not do again.
I am also wondering whether they have found her phone and beatbox. There is surely someone who knows something more in this case and hasn't come forward. Couldn't they have located her phone when she went missing or was that not possible. Who owns the club and what goes on over there. Poor Yara😢😢
C'est un sacré bordel cet enquête.... je suis sidérée par l'incompétence des enquêteurs et la procureur
Incompétence, ou corruption....
@@fetitadepeterra5319Exactly my thoughts. My doubt is: did they start from the DNA or from the van footage? Once they decided he was guilty there was no going back.
Fue el papá o alguien de gimnasio.
5 episodes for shit result , what a waste of time . Rest in peace Yara ❤
I think it was very enlightening. The result is shit, agreed, but we have a very good look at how the investigation and the prosecution worked.
How about the janitor at the gym. Did the girl leave the gym. And what about the dancing teacher was she connected somehow with rhe janitor?
Is there anything we (the public) can help him? There is reasonable doubt.
