I never comment on videos, but this was WILDLY specific. I picked group #2. The issue I’ve been having for months are tight pelvic floor muscles, that essentially affect the way my bladder works. When you said “being afraid of going pee” my jaw absolutely DROPPED. I’m sorting through deep rooted issues and know it’s trapped trauma in that area of my body.
