Nice video. Who are the developers of Spreadhomes Garden Estate, Umuokane/Ilile? I noticed that the title is Power of Attorney and site plan. So, it doesn’t come with a registered survey?
Thank you so much Sir. The developers are still Spread Homes. They only offers power of attorney and site plan just for boundary sake. Then if you want to go further with your land registrations they can provide all the necessary informations you need. Also the reason for only site plan in that particular estate is the price. They made it affordable to everyone of which 750k cannot fund registered survey plan. Thanks for your understanding Sir, is there any other thing that is giving you concern???
