Proverbs 25:21 If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; Loving your enemy brings God’s blessing & protection from them & more. Do it for God, yourself, and others. I think it does help to change us - be ye transformed.
It is difficult to love the enemy but if you just focus on Jesus you did it for Jesus it is so easy because you don't do it for yourself it is for the kingdom of God.

The meaning is this. When we die in order to be in the presence of God you must be perfect with no sin no blemishes. The only way u can be perfect is through the blood of his son Jesus. Once you accept Jesus as Lord and savior you become perfect in his presence. Jesus said the will of God is that you believe in the one he sent. Thy kingdom come thy will be done. In the Bible it says Satan is the father of all lies. The sword is the Word of God. Not a actual Sword. Be like water. People who thirst search for those who seek the truth which is the spirit of God. Water is life gives life brings life is needed for life. Jesus said you must be born of the water and the spirit.. Jesus said No one comes to the Father but my me. Also he says no one can come to me unless the father draws him to me. This is Devine keep seeking the Truth. Jesus is the way the truth and the Life.
