Amen brother, our willful submission to the Word is the key, otherwise without submitting to the truth, authority, and commandments of God's Word, it would be impossible to obey, abide, or worship our Lord Jesus Christ.
IT IS IN THE LITURGY WHERE THE BIBLE COMES ALIVE BECAUSE IT IS WHERE IT WAS MEANT TO BE READ, TOGETHER WITH THE LITURGY OF THE ANGELS AND SAINTS, WITH OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS ON EARTH AS IN HEAVEN.
GOD’S WORD IS NOT CONFINED IN A BOOK, BUT ALSO in TRADITION (PAUL), BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL TRADITION, A LIVING TRADITION THAT ALIVE AND BREATHING, THAT GIVES LIFE TO THE CHURCH
During a training session I was stunned electrically or chemically and the other man in the room fled and yelled “what did you learn?” February 2000 I now remember being stunned in a robbery a few months earlier in 1999. Father told me not to work in military or finance. Mother said joining the military was like rolling in feces. Military and finance are worse than imagined. @GMS Daily Bread that comment got under my skin too...smh. To top it off, he's married to a white woman as he's buck dancing in front of a white audience...smh... Those darn curses...smh. 🤔
Jasper Stone Chronicles II that’s right bro! 1 Mac 14-15 “Whereupon they built a place of exercise at Jerusalem according to the customs of the heathen: And made themselves uncircumcised, and forsook the holy covenant, and joined themselves to the heathen, and were sold to do mischief.”
Luke 13:1-5 New Living Translation A Call to Repentance 13 About this time Jesus was informed that Pilate had murdered some people from Galilee as they were offering sacrifices at the Temple. 2 “Do you think those Galileans were worse sinners than all the other people from Galilee?” Jesus asked. “Is that why they suffered? 3 Not at all! And you will perish, too, unless you repent of your sins and turn to God. 4 And what about the eighteen people who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them? Were they the worst sinners in Jerusalem? 5 No, and I tell you again that unless you repent, you will perish, too.”
raja, Impossible the NT is g d's word, Paul's greatest "sin" was deception. Yes, we have all "sinned". The remedy is in the jewish scriptures for everyone, to repent with a sincere heart, and turn from our unrighteous ways. Nobody died for you sins, stop that nonsense. No such thing as original sin. We all have choices, free will and we are responsible for the consequences of our choices. Learn hebrew and simply follow the seven laws of Noah in the jewish scriptures, the Tenakh, Genesis to Malakiah, You are lost if you do not understand hebrew, I guarantee you have been misguided by your reliance on the NT. I'm sure the preacher is well intentioned, lives a good life, has good principles. His reliance in the NT is idolatry and absolutely false, based on mistranslations, words removed from the jewish scriptures, verses isolated from their context to fit Christological theology. So sad, the greatest deception on mankind.
For circumcision indeed is of value if you obey the law, but if you break the law, your circumcision becomes uncircumcision. - Romans 2:25 Mind you, the whole law, not part of the law or what you think is the law. Your insistence on repentance without atonement, shows your grave lack of understanding for the faith. There is an abundance of Hebrew/Greek scholarship to show for, the Christian understanding of salvation by grace alone, for anyone who cares to understand. You are obviously biased and also deluded, not Paul. Go read Isaiah 52:13-15 together with 53:1-12, before you make a comeback with your prattle.
Jai, I most certainly have read Isaiah 52 and 53, I'd suggest starting with Isaiah 1, you are completely lost, read Isaiah in context, the suffering servant is the nation of Israel, g d's first born son, there is no savior besides g d, that's right read all of Isaiah, and don't you dare change one word. Unfortunately, your Christian lens has fogged your vision of truth, I'd say you are biased.
"Breathe" in Loritts' message is a metaphor for "giving life" or "giving power" to the Bible and everything else he associated with the word "Breathed".
Indeed we have the word of God as the truth we should always rely on and trust in

THE BIBLE IS NOT THE SOLE AUTHORITY. SHOW WHERE IN SCRIPTURE THAT IS SAYS YOU CAN FIND EVERYTHING WE NEED IN THE BIBLE?
All scriipture, referes only to the jewish scriptures. This verse, written by Paul, predates the gospel writers.

Jai, nope Romans is Paul, the New Testament, definitely not the word of g d. stick to the Tenakh.

2 Peter 3 says Paul’s writings were Scripture also. This verse at the time was the Old Testament. But it covers ALL SCRIPTURE!
God breathed out the 10 commandments? I thought he wrote them with his finger.
