Now that you mention it: I’ve only ever used my about-face eye pain with my Sonia G fusion brushes - Those seem to give everything more staying power on my oily lids. I’ll have to experiment and see if the eye pain remains crease-proof with some of my “normal” brushes. That being said, everyone’s body chemistry is so different. I’ve purchased things on the recommendation of other oily-lidded creators, and they turn into a creasy mess on me.
I love when Trixie tucks her "hair" (when sans wig) behind her ears when spilling tea or throwing shade. It's delightful. 🤌 I'm honestly waiting with baited breath for your pigtails! I'm loving the mullet
Enjoyed your review and Surrat's new highlighter looked lovely on you and very elegant. I did buy their stick highlighter based off your last review and liked them a lot. I also have their blush which I bought more for the colour rather than their formula, although it helped that several other content creators that I liked did also recommend their products. I would love to try more from the brand but very slowly as they are on the pricier side
I love that you pull your hair to the side. I live for theee dramaaaaa!!! 😂 🩷 When I had a buzzed head on the daily I would sweep my invisible bangs to the side and when I would go out dancing I would flip my head back dramatically and sway my head side to side like my hair was down to my hips.😅 So YESSSSSSSSS!!! You must grow out your hair. 😱 You with a shaggy long cut and pigtails. Plz try a victorian updo too with some hair pins or something, that would be sizzling! 🔥
Prettttyyyyy. RE, hair: I love my mullet, I'm not adventurous enough to shave my sides off, and I'm constantly fussing with the long bits in the back. I think I need to focus on re-growing long bits in front of my ears because I miss them, but it's so hard to keep from looking like a cocker spaniel. SIGH.
I've used pretty much every micellar water available. Bioderma Sensibio is by far the best there is... I'd question if you have a counterfeit bottle, there's so many out there that there's Customs advice online... 🤔💜💜💜
i love the pink Bioderma! (pink is the original formula and the one everyone likes, i assume). i'd be curious to know what you don't like about it and what makes the Drunk Elephant version better.
I only use micellar water to wash off swatches or clean up liner or lip stuff. The DE one required less physical rubbing than the bioderma one and I use so much more of it than I did of the drunk elephant one. The small bottle of the drunk elephant one lasted me a few years and I don’t think this one will even last me the summer at this rate.
@@hautemesstom With the bioderma I don't really rub, but hold the cotton round for a few seconds before wiping away (mine are reusable, so have that terry cloth texture). The most hardcore thing I use is prob the VB mink and it does the job without stinging my eyes, but I'm also following up with face wash obvz. If you're mostly using on your arm or to clean up lip liner, the gentleness of the Bioderma is prob just not necessary
you didn't buy the wrong Bioderma micellar water. I'm a sensitive skin human and I got it because it was "the one" but it DOES NOT work to remove anything other than extremely natural makeup, sucks at removing shimmer, it just spreads it around 😒
Oh interesting! I have not been an eyeshadow person historically but recent bought both the VB lid lustre (Mink-so dark) and a couple of Phytosurgence shadows, and it's dealt with both fine for me (dry skin, though only mildly sensitive). Hold a reusable cotton round on my eye for a couple seconds, wipe, and it's mostly gone so that my face wash can get any little things that are left

I’m glad your surratt stuff has worked out for you! I agree it’s really pricy so slowly gathering pieces is the way to go!

It is just so dramatic Lolol I can’t wait either but we’re all gonna have to be patient.
I can’t wait to see the pigtails! In fact, you’ve influenced me into wearing pigtails today.
YES
Glad you are growing your hair Tom, it's going to look great! Hope to see the moustache back again though always a great look with the makeup.

I so surprised you’ve never tried Grisaille! It’s my fave powder contour.
I feel like everyone is! I also feel when I got my initial powder blushes it was out of stock lol

I bought mine from Target? lol

You bought the right Bioderma - sorry🙈
Hair thing seems neurodivergent to this ND
Hair fidgeting *can be* a stim for people, especially those who masked a lot
Obvs it’s not always. Lots of people fidget with their hair
yes, I stim with hair all the time and yet I can't stand others touching my hair
@@ceciliagoveaI feel so seen. I stim with my hair (and pull it out when I’m stressed lol) but I hate people touching it too!
