- So yeah, thanks for the feedback guys, those calipers needed to go LOL BYE BYE.... anyway we almost have the wiring taken car of and routed!! Which shocks me lol. I am curious to hear your thoughts on the fiberglass air ducts, I forgot to mention the turn radius is cut short on the left side due to the the steering dampener hitting the fiber glass air duct. I wonder if that's a race thing...
anyway cant wait to show you guys the final pieces to the puzzle! Cheers

The calipers didn’t really go with the bikes color scheme, if the bike had those colors it would’ve look fine you would just need to tighten up your paint lines. God bless

Powder coat them professionally .. I've seen them done with a black BREMBO logo.. look prety cool when their not done half-ass

Pls tell that you made sure not to damage the pistons or the seals of those calipers?
Of course! The brake fluid ate right though the paint and it simply pealed right off the pistons
Are you an LLC Limited Liability Company ... I was thinking about the exposure to rebuilding these massively destroyed superbikes.... then selling them.. the new owner crashing because you did something wrong.... Holy cow if your not, I would be... Eastern Beaver sells all these OEM style electrical connectors .. for any manufacturer and model... old Japanese bikes CB750s.. Kawsakis etc..fuse blocks .. great customers service-I'm not affiliated in any way, just a customer.. there is a reason that insurers write these superbikes off... of course.. it's the cost.. & $90-120/hr for a tech to tediously rebuild a destoyed Aprilia.. electronics, then troubleshoot, not to mention the insane cost of OEM parts.. but these bikes have taken a hit... really wrecked hard. I've seen wrecks like these up close as a police officer/accident investigator.. you never know if the frame suffered a latent -unseen crack, been tweeked or bent.. Really dig and respect the process though.. some of these wrecks being repaired for resale these are SUPERBIKES, not Monkeys, Trail 90s ..100cc dirt bikes, but superbikes that are capable of 200 mph that have been basically destroyed.. doesn't sit well w/ me..liability aspects frightening..
The calipers in the brembo OEM specs are really better than the italian flag colours😂😂😂😂

War Horse told me, "do not use the fiberglass intake tubes on stock fairings." I almost did anyway. Also, I think you need to use the gaskets off your factory intake tubes.
Cause they want to sell you carbon ones at 8X the price.. LOL

I sure did brake one side 🤣, I was like, "Why is this so hard to tighten" and then POP the fiberglass cracks. O well I just didn't drill my hole large enough...

Man please rebuild those calipers. The risk that you messed up the seals with the paintjob is way to high.
Jesus bless brother! Those caliper with italy paint sceme needed to go asap! If you couldent save them it whould be really pricey for new ones! Those airducts whould look good in black! Carbon fiber is preferd! Respect for instaling high quality parts and not cheap garbage for saftey reason! The Aprilia Rsv4 rf is gonna look amazing in dry carbon!

Ugly brake calipers still (not matching the fork colors), ugly air ducts (keep it black0 and an ugly taillight. Hmmmm were does this build goes…..
The brake calipers are factory, the grey matches the overall theme of the rest of the build. Im looking into carbon air ducts atm but might paint them black, hoepfully it doesnt look too bad

The Italian paintjob thing might have worked better if you had done just the brembo lettering with it, and left the majority of the caliper solid color.
br one color, em the next, then bo the final. Tiny little touch, and not as in your face as the Neapolitan ice-cream looking calipers.

these calipers need to be completly disassembled and rebuild. New seals and propably even new pistons as you coated them with color and scratched it away.
The brake fluid ate away at the paint and I simply peeled it off, no scoring or scratching needed 😁

It might have worked had you done the Brembo logo in the Italian tricolour. It certainly didn't look great the whole calliper but sure you live and learn.
I sure tried to do the Italian tricolor from photos on Google but i did the "noob version" LOL

SO far I've done 7 bikes on the floor, I don't plan on switching it up anytime soon, works well for me and makes the videos realistic for someone wanting to do the same and build a bike! Don't necessarily need a special machine to build bikes
