Ritu is an outstanding wrestler. Hopefully her team take their time with her and not rush her into the big fights. She still needs to work more on her striking, as an entry to the take down. Personality wise she is perfect, humble and respectful.

Remember guys this is MMA not purely wrestling. Ritu did great with her skills. She controlled her most of the time but sadly their was no hard ground and pound. It's about the adversity on how the fighter fights in the final/champion rounds. Ritu needs to add kicks to her arsenal along with her boxing. Needs some time and ring experience and we believe in her that she can do it. We are still proud of you ❤️
Exactly, what I was thinking looking at this, this is not a wrestling match there were hardly any kicks from Ritu, no doubt she is tough as a rock!and can take a pounding, but these MMA fights needs strong kicks and punches. She is strong and needs a bit training when it comes to MMA. In her class "wrestling" she is really good!

In every MATCH, which strikes or Tactics should apply it is totally RIGHT of RITU and his Coach. and rest should be waiting for WIN or LOSS.
And Ritu Apllied her best skill of MMA to defeat her opponent and won the MATCHES.
We are not players, we are just Critics, but who plays on the ground, ONLY who knows how to defeat his or her Opponent. So, Ritu's Style is perfect because shi did not break any 0.01 % rules of MMA.
In MMA there should be an electronic scoreboard so the world can see on what basis and how much points the judges are giving to each fighters.. .This decision would remain controversial.....
They are currently testing it at Amateur level in GAMMA. The GAMMA India Nationals 2021 had such a scoring with score being on the board after each round. Hope it gets adopted in pro-MMA Soon

Bi Nguyen is definitely the winner here. Ritu is weak in striking and kicking. ONE FC doesn't judge and score by rounds. They judge by the whole of the fight (which is better than round scoring).

It was the third round only where Bi was able to connect a bit. The entire 1st round was for Ritu. And the same goes for the 2nd round as well.. She dominated the entire match except those last few seconds.

It was close. I would be hard pressed to choose. The start was decisively ritu's and the end was decisively Bi's but the middle is full of technicalities. Yeah Ritu was able to put a lot of pressure in the first two rounds but Bi showed some amazing technique in both saving against those aggressive grapple and throws and also to get up to position and put in some good blows.

I agree why because in the first two rounds Ritu wrestled her down but didn't get enough hits. So, wrestling her down is just some points meanwhile Bi was also gaining defensive points. In the 3rd round, Bi score the most while Ritu just wrestled her down in the last few seconds.

Depends what the judges like. Someone striking vs someone lying on top of the opponent not going for submissions.

She was landing shots at Bi while being on top of her not laying.
You want to see what laying looks like watch Bhullar vs Vera last 2 minutes of 1st round.

Ritu gassed hard at the end of the 2nd. As they say in MMA, you can't trust the scorecards, always go for a finish.
@@therealbenlurie8810 Yes that was her fault she had plenty of chance to finish this in first two rounds too but she wasn't able to get Bi in crucifix cos of her small arms still the judge's decision was shoddy.

Ritu had takedowns but no much striking in those takedowns or lock submissions. She was mostly just taking down. So I agree
@@wisecounsel6135 but she controlled half of the match on ground. Ground controlled time add advantage to the scoring. But I don't know how ritu lost the fight. For me it's draw., I have to admit her opponent striking was on different level. In round 2 she almost knocked ritu out.

I think decision is based on last round. they forgot to judged first two rounds.
ONE doesn’t judge by 10-9 rounds, they score the fight as a whole.
I think decision is based on mma rules and expertise not indians who want to brag without any experience.

Ritu was dominant most of the time how tf she didn't win it.
In MMA being dominant dose not earn you points when it gose to judges.
Landing strikes dose and ritu's boxing skill and striking skills are band in front of killer bi.
Plus ritu as of now is not able to put lot of submission on, her skills are very limited.
