I was thinking the same. Its only going to get tougher from here and she has to find a way to submit her opponents. Controlling for 3 rounds surely hits the gas tank hard.

This shows how all the Asian and western Martial arts do not focus much on strength and more on muscle tone. While all the indian martial arts and exercises improves the bone strength.
