Vareys technique is on point
I just tried it for the fist time in arcade hit 875 with right hook . Never any boxing. I weight 73kg sponsors and boxing/mma clubs hit me up plus I'm skinny af cyclist body

If it made no difference mate boxers wouldn't have to wear them. Wraps not only protects your hands it gives wrist support. Same principles with Weight lifting straps and wraps definitely give you support.
