- Daniel Bromley was visiting the Great Victoria desert in the Australian outback when he found a little spinifex hopping mouse motionless in a trench on the side of the road. Daniel knew just what to do to save the little mouse from predators and the harsh desert climate.

Saved a mouse from a glue trap one time at work, took me forever to get her out safe, half an hour to get her out and like half an hour to wash her in the sink so she didn't get stuck to the floor - to this day i think it was one of the coolest and the most adorable inspiring things I've ever done in my life :)
I also saved a little mouse from a sticky trap. It was the saddest thing that I have ever heard and saw. I used sand to undo the little fingers and legs, then the body...When It was unstuck, ran away so fast...I was so happy. All who watched me, thought I was nuts...I told them..God could have brought you into this world as a mouse, wouldn't it have been awful if it was You trapped and got no help! They agreed after saying that to them...

you need to stop romanticizing this. First of all it wasn't even a mouse it was a marsupial rodent like animal. Second, you have no idea how many deadly zoonotic diseases real mice normally carry. Not everything you see people do with animals is safe or "nice". This is why we study so hard to become vets and biologists I wish people would understand it isn't ok to romanticize certain things

Next mission: Go into slaughterhouses and bring animals back to life before their throats are slit and turned into meat. He would need a lot of friends to help him, as there's billions of animals that need to be saved.....

Well, he did something bc I didnt kmow the mouse was hibernating. If no one warmed him up, he would've died. So, in a way, he healed him.

I caught a moth in my apartment a few years ago. I don't like killing the little guys so I released it from my back porch. Issue is, I had just woken up from a hangover, and didn't realize it was 12pm, and this was a large, bright white moth. A Bird easily picked it off half a second later before the moth could get to safety. And better yet, I was saying "There's my good deed for the--" as it was eaten. I'm sure the bird was happy I gave it a tasty snack, but still... (so yes, I can totally picture what you said!)

More likely to be a feral cat or a fox instead of a bird. We have huge problems with domestic cats and foxes, since they're invasive, basically mowing through our native wildlife in Australia.

I love this loving and compassionate man for doing what he did. How I wish I could have been there and been able to cuddle this little bundle. They certainly are part of nature as we are, and they deserve to live. May God bless this man!
