The photon travels at the speed of light, and yet it takes it a million years to travel from the core of the sun to it's surface. What makes the travel so long is the density of the sun's core. The photon keeps banging around all the stuff around it which greatly slows its speed and bounces it around in all directions.

Patrice rarely had any flaws in his logic , and you could tell because he could debate anyone and be right in the pocket of the conversation with them . Sometimes more then the "educated" person with a degree
41:08 THANK YOU PATRICE! Finally someone asks the right question!
Right. Michisuckscocko is just nonsensical
“Shrimps with flashlights on their heads” 😂😂😂
35:10 actually love it when Opie does his fake laugh when someone they’re interviewing does a hacky joke, and then followed by Anthony’s “we heard it” lmao
JUST CLICKED ON THIS WTF IS THIS. HOW DOES THIS EXIST. AMAZING.

I love Patrice’s perspective, it’s a shame O&A have all this material of his. Probably the last thing they have going for em...
"This dude is smart as shit. Damn nigga, go on Jeopardy or some shit" was not a sentence i expected to hear today xD ded
“Operation HOPE-STOP.”-PATRICE
i love how people disparage the excesses of scientific curiosity whilst calling a radio show on their cell phones while looking up porn on their laptops and heating up a meal in the microwave...
You're right, that's a strange thing to admire.
Maybe because they're entirely different fields of expertise. And only an idiot would equate them absolutely.
Multitasking in the new millennium... ahhh the possibilities 😂😂
This!
They need to bring this fucking show back
“Too much trying to be God” Whoahhh Patrice nailed that shit. Funny and smart as shit. Miss that dude
FYI: The shit that takes million years to come out, that Patrice was talking about is the photon. And Patrice was right on with that example - it's mind boggling. The photon travels at the speed of light, and yet it takes it a million years to travel from the core of the sun to it's surface. What makes the travel so long is the density of the sun's core. The photon keeps banging around all the stuff around it which greatly slows its speed and bounces it around in all directions.
Brownian motion
How can any of this be proven and demonstrated
@@corywiedenbeck1562 with math I assume. But you're better off asking actual scientists than anyone in this comment section.
"a million year-old warm shit"

RIP Legend
The collective intelligence of the people that call in is astonishing
The dastardly laugh at the sinkhole took me out🤣
That means....by day ‘50’, there were AT LEAST 36,000 tanker trucks worth of oil spilled.
The way this starts is sooo EPIC!
"It's like Deja vu all over again". I'm fucking crying with laughter.
They asked the same 2 questions in 13 different ways 🤦🏽♂️😂😂😂
29:48 What everyone came for.
Patrice looks like he has one nostril in this picture.
Lol
Lolollllllll
Fuck i wish Patrice got to witness the MCU he would've loved Thanos
Thanks for the upload
How did they turn information of a catastrophe into humour. I now think if when i die it wouldn't be so bad if someone could make me laugh until its over.
The callers segment is hilarious towards the end
I LOVE PATRICE more for EXPOSING Michio
29:39 - Patrice o Neal forfeits
"Another sign of the apocalypse: Chip Chipperson" 😂
I love how norton just chimes in like some fucked up gremlin, the others lose their shit for about 4 seconds and then they just resume without addressing him
We’ve never needed Patrice more than now
Q&A where the best! RIP Patrice we miss you very much.
"Hello, Dr. Kaku."
"Oh owww oh oh Stop you're hurting me."
-Jim Norton
COOKIE PEOPLE! YOU’RE ASSAULTING ME!
Ahhhhhh, I’ve only seen you 50 times!
Why are you hitting me with brick ?
Please don’t hurt me Cookie Man.
A physicist will NEVER admit that they don't know something. Listen to literally anything Neill D Tyson says. Patrice is a legend for calling him out.
Neil Tyson is an actor so he shares similarities with other pseudo intellectual actors like Kaku and Einstein
@@planetruths- 💯
@@planetruthsThese "scholars" that receive fame and notoriety are puppets for an agenda.
@@planetruthscall NDG a pseudo scientist is the ultimate arrogance and butthurtedness. Just admit you don’t like the mean liberal and progressive scientists.
Patrice loved nature lol
“Why save the Earth for nothing[no compensation]?”

Off the top of my head...you get to live.
One of the most retarded statements to ever here a human make 😑
This guy was my physics professor. Hes funny as hell.
Noway, what school bro

The best ever “this fuckin guy is smart as shit! Go on jeopardy nigga!” Lmao
Men create more problems than they can solve because we live in a profit driven world.
There are different levels of knowledge, the lowest level is painstaking pysical investigation. The highest is intuition or insight.
Just to know something for mare curiosity without purpose of application is mind clutter.
I got black heads , moles and dry skin after getting into the gulf..the water is a mess and oil deposits are on the edge of the beaches. Bp sucks
maybe you need to wash ur face
imagine dr kaku's reaction to patrice calling him a nigga lmfaooo
*Patrice in reference to the devil*
"I just can't wait until he flies out of the ocean" lmao smh
I kinda get how my parents would feel now when they'd listen to or see a celebrity that meant something to them who has passed away. My parents would get sad and I didnt get it as a kid. But now I do.
Ikrrrrrrrr when ur moms like omg so and so died lmaooooo
@48:15 guy wasn't lying about science being a religion
Greatest crossover in history
it’s 2024 and im over here crying laughing!!
Lights went out in Texas ...a lot of what they talked about actually happened in 2020-2021 💭
Damn I wish I could here Patrice talk about the crazy shit going on now. He’d definitely be Trans enemy #1
He can do the math...200 or 5000...it's all just solve for X...but it ain't easy because all the many variables...
What are you even talking about? In hard physics, i doubt it would be a simple "solve for x" scenario.
Albert Escamilla - yes. The dude’s never heard of multi-variate mathematics apparently.
Fucking Patrice. So glad for these old podcast. RIP
"This is sophistry, sir!" Patrice never ceases to amaze
The man was so much more than a comic, as is the case with some of the greatest of stand ups.
A philosopher that walked a comedians path
Absolute best part.
"Quillions!"
29:48 Hilarious!
“You have to bring in a top physicist”
“You’re a top physicist ! “

Hahhahahahhahahah
"a conga line of oil trucks" I can't believe opie actually said something funny
49:09 The origin of Jim's Average Joe character
We will eternally be robbed of Patrices take on things post death, fucking depressing when you think about it. All the hours of comedy he gave us and we couldnt give him a rightful death via a world extinction event
He would have been bigger than Chappell
