I guess you can say that, since Opie is basically retired. Opie and Anthony were making millions per year at their peak, though. Jim and Sam make peanuts in comparison.
While I agree that Brian Regan is very funny and a great comic, does anyone else notice how much these guys really (Opie mostly) suck his cock constantly every time they mention him compared to ANY other comic? Even when other comedians are in studio and not Regen. Not that they don't say other guys are hilarious too, but they talk about how great he is on a completely different level to me. At least Opie seems to. Like he goes out of his way to see Regan's shows, always talks about him like nobody else makes him laugh like that. Just find it a bit weird how obviously they suck up to him unlike anyone else. They don't even do it to Louis CK like that, or ever talk about wanting to go see his shows all the time. They kiss CK's ass of course, but nothing like the reverence I hear when Opie talks about Regan, and you would think Louis would be a show he'd see a lot since CK has new material constantly. When Regan is in town though...Opie pulls out all the stops to make sure he's there and you know how much more important it is that he sees him vs. anyone else he would ever see. Just seems strange to me how much more and consistently he does it when speaking about Regan.
I think the other guys know that making an entire segment targeting gay/gay sounding people on the radio would probably get a special interest group coming after them.
