I worked through a temp agency and the deal was we would get hired after 90 days, everyone was cut around day 86, then they called the next day to have us back in and start the 90 days over, fuck that
I went to one and got a temp at a rental store. Me and another guy were both temps and got hired after 3 weeks because they didn’t want to lose us. I was in equipment rentals for 8 years after that, decent gig imo.
