He compromised a bit on equity, but he got an insane amount of support from 3 major businessmen across AUS with continued visibility as long as this show airs. What a salesman!

He was willing to give up 20% for one shark and ended up getting 3 sharks at 10% each. Fantastic deal since his offer of 20% for one shark was the initial(low offer) start of negotiation. In a less favorable scenario he probably could have gone as high as 30% for one shark alone and instead got the three more qualified ones at 10% each.

Jack’s level of confidence and clarity while speaking is mind blowing! Very rarely do you see a young entrepreneur present their business idea without stutters and shakes. This guys destined to be a lifelong success. Loved it.
He is a salesman... and a great one to be honest. I am working in sales scince 6 years ago and I have seen lots of different personalities make it and also brake it. He is one of those seldom great ones who will sell everything they wat to because they not only respect their customers but also because want to do that sale. For him this is not about the job or the money... it is about the oppurtunity to do good by his custumer. Not about the fast money. You don't build up a loyal base with fast sales.
So she wants a higher percentage with a guarantee of her money back in 18 months and once she has received her money back her percentage drops by....oh wait it doesn't.What a terrible offer.
Stupid really to think a savvy sales and business guy like him would even consider it when probably the most suitable dragon just offered 125k for 20% and she didn't even explaining her reasons for why she wants and deserves more. silly.

He demonstrated his product (his sales ability) by making it work in one of the toughest environments, Shark 🦈 Tank. He got more money at the same evaluation and made a guy come in on a deal that didn’t want to work with the other two guys after mentioning it repeatedly. He should have sat down in the Shark seats while the others pitched to him their money and contacts.

Their goal was market penetration. The more people in the bowl the better chance of achieving the company goal, that's why he kept on insisting a collaboration. A deal of 30% stake, 10% each while holding majority of 70%, 35% each with his co-partner is a good deal for the company. The more brains the better. 😊 soo proud and happy for this deal.

AND he didn't have to give them guarantee for their return. So less risk and 2 more sharks for 2% equity
