I feel like every time I watch a video on Void Stranger the video maker starts by saying "I'm going to try to minimise spoilers for now" and then immediately showing me that something I didn't even think to try in the first 15 floors results in something absolutely insane
Yeah, Void Stranger is just like that. Gotta have a lead for how deep the game goes, but can't show too much of the hand so it becomes a balancing act. (So I just went with what friends said was the hooking points for them within the first part of the game and cut out plot.)
I'd never even *heard* of this game before, but this comment was so striking to me that I instantly paused the video and went to go check out this game for myself. This is the exact kind of pitch that gets me to instantly buy a game without knowing anything about it. So thanks!
@@Nerdule Its that kind of experience that truly defines the game. Enjoy yourself, and I hope you don't get prodded or pushed into something you didn't find yourself from a reply to your comment. You got this!
Man, not gonna lie, you said 'minimal spoilers' for Void Stranger, then proceed to spoil the hell out of a ton of the secrets. While yeah, a new player might now know exactly what they're looking at, you still took away some very important moments of discovery that the game intends the player to find for themselves. --- spoilers below--- You showed Cif w/ all 3 items, one of the shortcuts, solutions to the 1st brand, UI manipulation... Thank god I've already beaten the game cause damn I would've been SO MAD that you barely gave a spoiler warning...
Yeah, though I don't think this video was necessarily directed or intended for zero spoilers. it didn't seem like the focus of the video in that regard? But I could be wrong
I was going to state something simular. It's hard to talk about Void Stranger because talking about it can take away a lot of the "magic" and this guy definitely did a lot of that. Good video but I am glad I've already played both games.

@@NerduleGood look out there
You do remember why you’re here right?
Or have you lost something…
Something very important
