      Sarah, i follow your teaching , thanks so much. i really appreciate that you Just say a few words to give instruction. Some other yoga teacher talks too much, always give me a headache and their talking is distracting.

    I recently found your channel. I have tried yoga but get overwhelmed trying to understand the positions or do them “perfectly” (or beat myself up because my body does not do them perfectly)
    Your videos remove that energy. I find I cry during each practice. Especially this one because my yin yang is not balanced and I just realized this morning the need for that balance. Thank you for your work helping people like me.

    Oh my Sarah, you've done it again! Every new routine I try, I think....."maybe this one is my favourite!" ;)
    I was a 2 x week yoga class person, thinking, how can I continue to afford this? Didn't quite have the motivation to go solo in my house though. You have made yoga so accessible, you have a unique combination of variety and consistency that keeps me coming back.

    Sarah, I have been following your Yoga for two months, for the past five days I fell out of my routine of practicing your yoga ever day and started taking my pain killers again.     These stretches and your teaching are having a wonderful effect on my body. I have a healed pubic ramus, but the muscles on one side are sore and exhausted from having protected the hurt side.     This is a very light and gentle stretch (one can easily add extra gentle poses into the flows), and really loved the floor modified fully lying supine twists - that all felt great! Thanks SarahBeth!

    thank you so much for the gentle, peaceful workout, this is exactly what i was looking for! yesterday i typed in "beginner's yoga routine" and found myself trying to keep up with a rigorous routine (that spent most of the time with the wrists supporting my body weight. ouch!) this routine let me feel conscious of all of my body at all times, and i didn't feel pressure to be an athlete. much appreciated!

    you are the best. ! no unnecessary talk under the videos otger than instructions.... its just so annoying that most tutors keep talking and talking and blablabla relax blabla bla awwh XD

      Agreed! 'Relax" is actually okay, the worst is when the teacher encourages to repeat twice (?!) affirmations such as "I believe in the innate goodness in people". I can't stand that stuff, even if the practice is good.
      When Sarah Beth suggests meditation, it is a silent one. So great!
