    I'm Asian American and many find Malaysia more warm, friendly and with more depth than Singapore in terms of culture, authenticity and liveability.
    KL is modern and much cheaper than Singapore yet very international too. Both are safe cities.

      I agree. And KL is so much cheaper and also safe

      Msia is more cheaper than Singapore but the services rendered to customers are almost the same on par with Singapore😊

    Singapore is majority Chinese and Malaysia is majority Malay. Each country is friendly and open and racist in its own way.

    Metro system like lrt mrt are widely available to move around kl conveniently and grab is uber equivalent. Just download the apps and you are ready to go. And grabfood is very convenient during rainy days when u r lazy to go out 😂😂😂.
    Dont worry about overcharge if you are using metered taxi.

    @21:53 you can see in the background there are lots of construction cranes jutting out towards the sky. It's telling you that Malaysia is still rapidly growing and she'll not stop anytime soon.

    Not far from klcc, you cross the saloma bridge and visit the Malay kampung. You’ll see this old village with the backsplash of the Kuala Lumpur skyscraper.

    Greeting from Malaysia. Just so you know, Malaysia and Singapore have comparable cultural and culinary backgrounds. Both countries had previously been ruled by the British, who left behind similar legal traditions. The main distinction is that Singapore is a Chinese-dominated nation, while Malaysia is a Muslim-dominated one. We hope you shall explore our country to the fullest because different places have diverse native customs.

      Generally Msia n Singapore demographically is the same bcos both countries were from the same territory before.Singapore in fact was a territory of Johore sultanate extend as far as to southern Sumatra in Indonesia until the Dutch came in 1640.British came 1786 to 1957, when Msia independant from Britain in 1957.😊

    KL has two International Airports KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. I think they are now known as KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. This one in the video looks like KLIA 1.
    Well.. if we're in the airport for transit and never get out to explore, I guess we don't have the bragging right. You must leave your footprint on the proper soil.. ha ha 😂✌

    If you were coming from Singapore you could have taken the train or bus to Kuala Lumpur.

    • @Air_Planemode
      @Air_Planemode  28 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thanks for the advice. The only problem with a bus or train is hauling around all this luggage I have.

    • @praveensomashekar2162
      @praveensomashekar2162 28 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You could have also taken a car service to Kuala Lumpur but it is more expensive than the bus or train. There is no direct train service from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. You would have to switch to 2 to 3 trains. The bus or car would have taken around 4 to 5.5 hours.

    I was overpaid on my taxi trip to visit my daughter in Queens from JFK International Airport. I remember the taxi driver passed the same area twice. My daughter said I had paid more than what it should be. Anyway, my stay in New York & New jersey was awesome.

    i thought american passport holder can use the auto gate here in kl airport.. 🤔.. anyways.. welcome to malaysia..
    singapore was once part of malaysia… we parted ways because racial tension plus economic reason.. singapore has always been the prima donna of this region.. with its strong gdp even before joining malaya to form malaysia bk in 1963…
    grab is our uber here.. u can use indrive also here… uber was taken over by grab.. grab was created by a malaysian.. who became singaporean later..
    i was overcharged taking a cab when i was in bali n ho chi minh city… n was taken on a longer route when i was in dublin… the driver was busy talking on the phone (arguing with someone on the line.. 🤔🤔) that he missed my hotel.. 😐
