@@alhe2147 I guess if you start making separate toilet space, you either need a bigger boat or it affects the roominess of the bedroom. As it is, it’s a fast boat with lots of comfort. Make it bigger, it gets slower.
The Saxdor range really does impress and this one is superb. If they continue making bigger ones with 2 cabins they’ll be a real contender with the big boys as no doubt they’d be £100k+ cheaper than similar sized Princess, Fairline, Sunseeker etc. Great tour as usual Nick, thank you.

Love the clean minimalist lines of this boat. It's entirely functional with enough design flair as to make you feel like you've spent your money wisely.
I'm really impressed with this one. Looks good and can fly. And the fact the cockpit has two drop down balconies...really incredible at this price point. Really good weekender boat...but I would definitely opt for the secondary fridge.

This looks like the ultimate boat for coastal and river cruises. Seriously, there are a lot of great boats in this category of day and weekend boats around 30-45 feet, but this one is definitely a contender.
Seems like an ideal model for those 300 bhp diesel outboards. PS even on "standard" twin 300s and almost EVERY UPGRADE OPTION clicked my very high spec design turned out at £220k which is pretty good for a fleshed-out top spec boat.
Great tour as always! I did a tour of this very boat on Saturday and absolutely loved it. So now I have a choice between the boat or house extension, or more likely divorce or a house extension....
34 years ago I chose house extension over a Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9. I still got divorced two years later 🤓🤓🤓😎 and the car became scabby Volkswagen Beetle! As the brave knight says “choose wisely”……

Then I saw this Saxdor 320GTC - if this is a budget boat, then I'm an old man living in the Colonies. BOOM, here I am at 75 living in the US of A. So, not a dream. But a Dream Boat - this is REAL. My word the things this boat can do and FUN is no. 1 on the list. I can't imagine a boat with this much going for it and selling for this little - and I don't have to imagine - it's HERE. This is an amazing boat, yet another unknown brand to me but I love it! It’s a great price and the way they have built it with the finishes, the all one screen on the helm I love and I think this is at least top 25 of my favourite yachts! Lovely tour thanks Nick!
This really is a SUPER impressive boat. The design and engineering is top notch, they really have used every inch incredibly well. I love the door out to the bow and the folding door to close off the head. My small boat had a porta-potty in the cabin with no privacy at all, I would have loved something as simple as this. I would love to see what they could do with a bit more boat.
Definitely my favourite boat at the moment! A great boat as a dayboat for nice weather days, with great outdoor solutions (expanding deckspace), and great for weekending as well! A great boat in terms of price, performance, luxury, a true allround excellent boat for the price
That's a really nice all weather boat. With smaller outboards you could use it on a river or with the bigger ones along the coast. Perfect for a long weekend anywhere on the water.
This speaks to me, I don’t need a twin engine show pony. (But I do love looking at them Nick!) I love the design details, the knock about interior, great speed, relaxed good looks and enough bells and whistles to impress the mates… I do wish it had a shower and a helm side opening window, but I’m sure that could be doable.
So sweet! I just watched his vid on a 23’ mini yacht with a 54 horse Yanmar - and I, too, am very taken with these little boats. Six months ago I was shopping for a 50’ plus, live aboard. But I ended up buying a home in BC’s interior, instead of along the Pacific coast. So now I’m looking for a weekender or a boat I can be comfortable on for a week or so. I’ll be boating on Lake Okanagan - a 100 mile long, 4-5 mile wide lake, in a high mountain valley, with at least one hundred secluded beaches! This would be perfect! Cheers
I didn't realise new boats in this price range existed at this spec. It's something most people can actually aspire to. I'm sure the manufacturer will reap the rewards of appealing to such a large market of potential buyers.
Really nice idea with the front door to the walkway. The only thing I would change is the way it opens. I think it should open outwards, so that when it's closed and you're in bad weather, the wind and water will push the door tighter in the gaskets. With this setup I could see small leaks forming after a few years.
Azimut S10 has a big screen, which turns it into three side-by-side screens. It also submerges into the helm station area. I love this Saxdor 320GTC yacht for the money.
Wow, I am very much taken by this one! Well worth its price for sure! I love the styling and especially the lighting. Gives it a very scifi look, almost like you're in a Star Trek shuttle :)

Hi Nick again yet another craft that is pushing the envelope in price and design. Probably the only thing missing is a shower , but as a day boat absolutely brilliant . Love the saxdor, I know some people who have them on the Solent and have said they’re great boat even in the rough weather. Love this boat be great for the family as an all weather boat, weekends away with the kids anytime of the year… 👍🏻
This is a nice boat. Almost to good to be true. Its fast, looks stylish, bright and open, has innovative ideas and relatively cheap. Toilets a bit odd. I can imagine someone falling into that door/wall while your on the toilet and it just folding in. Its always nice to see you embrace your fans too. Double thumbs up👍👍.

That's a great value boat! Love the design and features. As you said, if you look for it, you can see where the money has been saved. But really, do upholstered hull linings really matter when this boat can hurtle you down the coast at 40-50 knots, with enough indoor and outdoor space for UK weather! Can't fault it.
Nice to see that you did this in sock feet ( maybe a requirement,...but either way), and not in shoes or worse bare feet. This is the closest I’ll get to being on a craft like this so thank you very much for the video.

Quite like that design,really like that walk through bit. Brilliant for people who aren't 100% happy moving around boats. Would be a cracking weekend boat for dashing up and down the Bristol Channel or similar I think.
Love the big wheelhouse with much more room than the equivalent axopar 28/37. Would be an ideal boat for the north of Norway with high speed and two areas outside! Love it
lovely boat ... one thing id suggest on filming these smaller boats is close the cabin door before you video that way when you get to the cabin and open it its more like a reveal 👌 ie a suprise as to wat the cabin or layout is like ... bit like when you open the master cabin doors on the big boats 😉 .. iv thought this on a few of the smaller boat tours but still as always awsome video as per nick 👌👌👌
Excellent tour as always Nick great to see something new on the channel. This is a very nice boat it never stops amazing me how many different types of boat/yachts there are. Love the door to the front on this one very practical and safe.
I was once cruising along on a basic rental jetski at around 30-35 knots here in Finland. One of these (I think it was actually XO but they are pretty much the same) pulled up alongside and passed me with good 10 knots to spare. At least he waved at me while doing so
Now that is a brilliant boat. Thanks for the tour. On the initial sight I thought it may have been a Scandinavian design. I was right. Loved it. Ideal for the UK.

This is my dream boat. The size is great. It’s not to big for a lake and not to small for the sea. It got a tablett both outside and one inside. Ig got a bed, toilet and got a wheel house that Can be fully closed from the outside so you Can drive it when cold
I love your videos from a fantasy perspective, but this is a glorious and potentially obtainable dream.. My favourite of all you've shown. Keep up the good work.
Question for anyone: How wide is the doorway to the front? Toilet compartment sizes on these type of boats is one of my biggest gripes. The door solution on this Saxdor seems pretty smart.
Good question! I recently sold a 2002 Nimbus Nova 26 (lovely boat in almost every respect) because I couldn’t shut the heads door when in the seated position. But the double hinged door is certainly a first in the marine world and certainly a million times better than the Axopar 37 with a toilet in your sitting room….. It would appear yacht designers are, like aircraft interior cabin designers, in the sub 5’6” tall bracket and thus ensure everything fits them - not others…

Kinda think that door arrangement is why there isn't a shower. I think they could probably solve that with a shower curtain on a rail. Maybe I missed something?
I really like this boat. This would be great for the Gulf of Mexico. Two Outboard engines, One cabin, a small Galley, and plenty of room for a couple. I could run this over to the Bahamas from Florida in no time.

Very nice well priced boat. Does the bow have bailing system that was not shown? One concern is the escape hatches are in a position that below the top of the sides of the boat? If opened when the bow is full of water then would allow water to pass into the best area for buoyancy. If the escape hatches were the ones below the window that might be better.

I do have a question, was that loo a "Wet-Head" style, or was there no shower at all? I couldn't quite tell, or if that is a feature you could change out, like the addition of another fridge, etc? There isn't a shower. I don't know whether it's an option, but looking at the floor, I don't see how it would drain if it was. Best to check with a dealer though.

@@AQUAHOLIC The shower hose was just to the right of the loo (a pull out hose), its a sit down whilst you shower job! We still loved the boat and are seriously thinking about buying. We have the man's card !!
Don’t laugh, I was there on Thursday and walked right past it without even noticing… The Brig bigger RIBs turned my head but after four hours of aimless wandering I missed this one. I kid you not I thought the thumbnail was an Axopar, it just goes to show how all encompassing they have become.

There's no room for the door to open into if it opens outwardly though that's the problem.

Excellent tour as always Nick great to see something new on the channel. This is a very nice boat it never stops amazing me how many different types of boat/yachts there are. Love the door to the front on this one very practical and safe.

I was once cruising along on a basic rental jetski at around 30-35 knots here in Finland. One of these (I think it was actually XO but they are pretty much the same) pulled up alongside and passed me with good 10 knots to spare. At least he waved at me while doing so
Now that is a brilliant boat. Thanks for the tour. On the initial sight I thought it may have been a Scandinavian design. I was right. Loved it. Ideal for the UK.

This is my dream boat. The size is great. It’s not to big for a lake and not to small for the sea. It got a tablett both outside and one inside. Ig got a bed, toilet and got a wheel house that Can be fully closed from the outside so you Can drive it when cold

Question for anyone: How wide is the doorway to the front?
Toilet compartment sizes on these type of boats is one of my biggest gripes. The door solution on this Saxdor seems pretty smart.
Good question! I recently sold a 2002 Nimbus Nova 26 (lovely boat in almost every respect) because I couldn’t shut the heads door when in the seated position. But the double hinged door is certainly a first in the marine world and certainly a million times better than the Axopar 37 with a toilet in your sitting room…..
It would appear yacht designers are, like aircraft interior cabin designers, in the sub 5’6” tall bracket and thus ensure everything fits them - not others…
@@PhilbyFavourites That door arrangement will make for easy cleaning, most heads are so tight it's like tying shoelaces in a wardrobe, or getting dressed in a tight v-berth

We were just happy to get on the water. Nowadays I go to the same bays I went to in a previous life - I just want more comfort and elbow room.
Kinda think that door arrangement is why there isn't a shower. I think they could probably solve that with a shower curtain on a rail. Maybe I missed something?

I really like this boat. This would be great for the Gulf of Mexico. Two Outboard engines, One cabin, a small Galley, and plenty of room for a couple. I could run this over to the Bahamas from Florida in no time.

Very nice well priced boat. Does the bow have bailing system that was not shown? One concern is the escape hatches are in a position that below the top of the sides of the boat? If opened when the bow is full of water then would allow water to pass into the best area for buoyancy. If the escape hatches were the ones below the window that might be better.
Ingenious boat. Really like how they put it all together. Obviously has outboard motors. What sort of speed what they provide?
He said about 50 knots for the engines on at the time, but can install up to twin 300's to go even faster
Maybe get like a nimbus w9 or a t11 on the channel to show the scandinavian competition for this? Great video as always!!

I do have a question, was that loo a "Wet-Head" style, or was there no shower at all? I couldn't quite tell, or if that is a feature you could change out, like the addition of another fridge, etc? I hope you stay safe and have happy travels!
There isn't a shower. I don't know whether it's an option, but looking at the floor, I don't see how it would drain if it was. Best to check with a dealer though.
@@AQUAHOLIC Yeah, as I was looking at the floor, even adding like a lip or something, only way I could even think possible would be a bilge pump style in a drop down hole that is covered/you stand on. Then a bigger fresh water hold, etc, etc, etc 😁 Thank you for your time, Nick.
@@AQUAHOLIC The shower hose was just to the right of the loo (a pull out hose), its a sit down whilst you shower job! We still loved the boat and are seriously thinking about buying. We have the man's card !!
@@chrishall4920 at 10:04, there's no hose, and the flooring is the same as the rest of that area, all carpet, so where does it drain? 🤔

Don’t laugh, I was there on Thursday and walked right past it without even noticing… The Brig bigger RIBs turned my head but after four hours of aimless wandering I missed this one.
